Strange feeling after deep meditation?
The danger during such an experience is to get attached to it. This leads to delusion. The practice of meditation is to clear away delusion, not build it up. The safe approach is to notice the experience for what it is, but let it pass without getting carried away. When you meditate deeply there can be all sorts of profound experiences, some of them very useful. However the problem with getting attached to the experience is that we think our perception is the truth because it is profound, but perception is not reality. To equate reality with mere ideas passing across the mind is delusion.
29 year old mother caught hand foot and mouth for the second time?
Both my kids three and two yeRs o.d caught hfmd from daycare and they passes it to me both my kids r doing fine they are full of energy their blisters started to heal after five days. My daughter had caught the same virus hfmd when she was four months old at a different daycare. Back then I also caught it from her. Now this time I got it so severe with diarrhea and headaches and body pain n the sores r really bad plus I started losing tons of hair too. I went to the er they told me to wait it out like any other virus and just to drink lots of fluids. I went online cause I'm scared of my symptoms to see how other adults experienced it the first time when I caught when my daughter was four months old it was much milder it took a weak and I was completely back to normal today it's been eight days and although it started out gradually with a lil rash and slowly increase in blisters it's still not gone the blisters r filled with fluids and I'm losin my hair. any suggestions or common experience? So, yes, if we focus on someone we love or care about, and who we are even more energetically connected to because of that, there is a chance they may be influenced by those thoughts.How many times have you been thinking of someone a lot, and then all of a sudden they call? That is a perfect example of it. Now whether you are thinking of them and they got the 'message', or whether they were thinking of you, and you picked it up is hard to tell, but it shows that we are connected energetically to others.What we can't do, however, is control someone. So, we can't just say, "I'm going to think about this person and what I want them to do and they will do it." Because everyone also has free will. You cannot influence someone to do something they wouldn't do on their own. If you are trying to do that, you are trying to control them, and energy doesn't work that way. In fact, it works just the opposite. If your intent is to control, and it is not something they would probably think of, or be willing to do on their own, then there is an automatic block or conflict that arises. Just the energy of wanting to control another sets up that conflict. So, yes, our energy can, and does, influence other people all the time, but directed energy with the intent to control, does not.
