Do You Find Robin Thicke Creepy

What do you think of Stacey Dash's role as a Republican commentator and her recent comments?

Nothing new.Given the cultural preponderance for "pretty media faces saying nothing" I say it's par for the course. I tend to stay away from questions like these because it would lead to me bashing a barely-talented actress/model who does enough of that on her own with her inflammatory and less than well-considered ideas. Why shouldn't she have an opinion. Stacey Dash is pretty much the worse possible candidate for an informed opinion about anything Black-related. A socially-ostracized, cultural back-stabber who made her money riding the coattails of Blackness when she thought it would make her some money and then turning her back when she realized she could make more, sleeping with the enemy. At her age, I honestly see her just seeking a decent paycheck given that she has been married and divorced three times and hasn't managed to leverage her impressive good looks into anything more long lasting than a season or two of poorly-reviewed television.Promoting the Republican Party and being anti-black makes perfectly good sense from her perspective as a self-hating black person who is not too fond of Black people or Black culture. Even though she made her money on Black television shows, appearances in Black magazines which raised her status considerably, along with her hemline of those shorts. And just to be fair, she went completely naked for Playboy, too. Her moral barometer seems a bit sketchy when she needs to make some money. Oh, yes, I know about today's world indicating these were empowering choices. I agree. They were enriching, as well; a powerful motivator where she seems to be concerned.Ending her career as a Republican lapdog may be the most successful and honest thing she ever stumbled into. Now she can charge by the tweet; when it goes viral, she gets paid! If she's smart, she will tow the company line and make her money. Given her less than successful career at anything, its hard to pay her inflammatory statements any mind all.

What makes the song Blurred Lines so offensive?

People I know say it's pretty much about rape. And a lot of people I've seen comment about it on the internet say that it's disgusting how it objectifies women... like wtf how is it about rape and how is objectifying women anything new and how is it really that bad to begin with like wtf I'm bisexual I objectify everybody.

Personally, I think everyone has a nice smile. Simply because smiles are nice, no matter the face. :D

Why do women still dance to "Blurred Lines" despite it's misogynistic and controversial lyrics?

I always considered myself a feminist(Always demanding for equal opportunities and all that stuff). But honestly speaking, without looking at the music video, the album seemed benign at first. And it was after some time that I realized that it is filled with phrases which would be considered a crime in a world where women are treated with more respect(respect as in admiration or simply care). And then the music video proved my point. The answer to your question is pretty clear. Women don't care about this enough so as to exhibit any revulsion. It would be much more offensive if something like this was said personally. I think the main reason for this is that women themselves have not yet starting respecting themselves to the point  that they get offended by it. They see it how it is colored in the current setup: objectified. This is unfortunate actually.

How do I break the barrier of awkwardness around this girl and develop a relationship?

Right. There is this girl who I have a history with. To make it short, I had a crush on her for ages and during that time, she avoided me and ignored me and was actually afraid of me and thought I was creepy.

Well, after 4-5 years, I've made it so that people think that I'm over her and she thinks that too. She talks to me normally now, but I always find it hard to start any conversation with her. Heck, she's the one who initiates dialogue most of the time. It's very easy for me to get involved in discussion if we're talking in a group, but when I'm alone with her, I can't think of anything to say to her. It's like I'm not really interested, but then again, my conversations with people I don't know very well don't last very long.

However, I am able to make her laugh and I think that's a good sign. She's the type that doesn't take crap from people and is always sarcastic and I don't think she would want to talk very seriously. She likes to be dominant, can be rude and hates many things, but I still like her and think that she's cute.

I got this far by not being so creepy around her and making her and many people believe that I don't care about her any more. I've focused on improving myself for a while, E.G actually working out and sleeping early and focusing in class to be more intelligent, so I would be more attractive to girls in general. I've also aimed to be more confident and 'manly' with the help of guides on the internet.

So, to cut this short, I am asking: What should I do to make it easier for myself to talk to her? I get butterflies in my stomach whenever I'm near her by myself and end up not saying anything most of the time, but I don't want her to think that I'm creepy again. And would it actually be plausible for me to reach the "Friendzone" and break through it? This is the one girl that I keep coming to after I fail in my attempts at other girls and I don't think I can permanently not like her any more.

Thanks, Y! Answers.
