Is Beyonce overrated?
She is the definition of overrated. I've never been crazy about beyonce, pretty good voice (not great as everyone says) but mediocre music at best. I didn't even like Destiny's Child that much, their songs are very annoying/boring/childish in my opinion. I don't really see what was so special about bey, back in the DC days she didn't stand out at all, she was just another girl in the group. The reason she became the star was because of her daddy! And then she met Jay-Z. She basically had everything handed to her through her whole career and she never had to do anything for it.

DO you guys Janet Jackson is better than beyonce?
Hell yes! There is NO comparison between the two in talent. Janet is and always has been WAY better than Beyonce will ever hope to be. Janet is a real artist, a legend. She's deep. She's got power, soul, emotion, creativity, beauty, everything! There is nobody like her. Beyonce is a copycat, she is overrated will NEVER be NOWHERE near Janet's status in music. Janet is a true singer, dancer, performer, and person. She's the best, the real Queen of R&B and Pop. I believe she is underrated too, she deserves a lot more credit for what she has done. Beyonce doesn't have **** on Ms. Jackson, my idol always. Janet Jackson made music on her own, she seperated from her family. Being from that family it would take A LOT to pass your brothers (MJ, Jackson 5) but she did it, she made her own voice and did the best job, she's better than Michael Jackson in my opinion. Beyonce, I think she's crap. Very overrated and doesn't deserve the recognition she gets in my opinion. She should have just stayed with Destiny's Child. I did like the group. Yes, sadly I think Beyonce has more undeserving fame now, she's overrated as hell.

You're not alone. I don't see what's so great about her. Her voice isn't all that great, in fact she sounds too nasally. As far as her looks go, she's pretty but not as much as the media makes her out to be.
Is Joss Stone overrated?
Most of you have probably heard of the supposed to be great soul singer Joss Stone. She has even been called the new Aretha Franklin. I see her as a closer to the overrated Elvis Presley. You know, the guy that had alot more success than guys that were truly better than him. The problem is that there are much better singers that you can find in churches and there are other soul singers out there who are much better. Joss Stone's piples aren't all that greato start with, but she surely not better than Jill Scott or Angie Stone. Oh, she surely is better than Britney or Beyonce... But so what? She's not a top notch soul singer. If she weighted 250 pounds it's almost a sure thing that this girl wouldn't be as well known as she is now. And before you consider replying that I'm a black women hater... I'm a white male that actually apperciates the genre understands fake soul when I see it.

Is it now?Let's see....Many people think that Katrina is considered beautiful sheerly due to fair skin.I don't think so.Let's go through her features to see what is 'overrated'.She has gorgeous eyes. I used to think they are deep green due to her previous movies but they are really dark brown. Whatever, they are still beautiful. Everyone is gaga over Aishwarya's light eyes, but I like Katrina's eyes more.And for those who think it's artificial, show me a Bollywood actress who isn't.Katrina's skin is porcelain...so what? It is just an attribute of her British heritage. I mean if Britishers liked me with an Indian colouring, I wouldn't protest. Shraddha, Jacqueline, Kareena and Alia are all damn fair. But I still find Katrina more beautiful.She has gorgeous hair. Dark hair sets off light skin.No comments on why she's got the prettiest smile.So where is she being overrated? There are thousands of white actresses in India (Nargis, Diana, Evelyn, Amy...)but she is sought out among them. It's her innate beauty, grace and the aura of serenity that surrounds her. She looks like a Goddess.(BTW, beauty is in the eyes of beholder. You may not agree with my opinion.)
