Do You Know A Song About This

Do you know this song....?

It's hard to tell what you're asking about, but if it's what I think it is, the answer is contained in 'Zee Prime's' response to you.
Just to add to that response, the song was composed and sung by Peter Cape in the late 1950's and is available on Kiwi Records, distributed by AH and AW Reed.
The full words are at the page shown below.
I googled to get this info and was surprised at how little reference there is to the place, the song, the publishing house (Reeds) and the author.
Driver T

(What is the commercial for - I've not heard it?)

Two days later.
In not knowing the title you were referring to I concluded from all the information in your question and the answers up to then, that you were thinking of Taumatawhaka.....
BUT, it could be that you may be thinking of "I've Been Everywhere, Man." written and sung in 1960 by an Australian, Lucky Starr. The original version was about Australia only.
He produced an EP record of four versions of the song with words relevant to four countries, New Zealand and Australia being 2 of them.
Brendan Dugan and others have recorded the New Zealand version of it, and as far as I know, Howard Morrison has not - not yet, anyway.

Do you know the song that goes like this song?

"How to Save a Life" by The Fray?

Hard to tell with just that.

National anthems are a good place to look. US. France. UK less so. Canada even less.

Hi, thanks for your question. I had to think about it-but you must have seen I’m a singer. I started learning to play songs at 9 but already knew a whole lot of songs I never played. So I know a whole lot of songs, starting with watching TV with my mother as a kid. That was my ‘jazz standards’ schooling, :)Then came Motown and my big sisters, after that the 60’s stuff…I was busy with it all. My first gig alone (about 18) I made sure I had 50 songs I could play guitar to and sing. That grew in a short time to 250 songs I could play and sing. You gots to know your audience! Then came bands throughout my life, learning repertoire I did not really care about but did it to work. I amaze myself that I can still remember them and sing along whether I want to or not.I think I probably know about 1,000 songs by heart that I can play. When it comes to just know the words? It must be triple that, at least.Songs were my life, still are.A2A

Heck yes!Well, at least I think I do. Here's a handful -if you could measure a song in your hands- all different genres, new and not so new (and all really cool, in my opinion of course):Cherry by ChromaticsDeja Vu by J. ColeDesire by Years & YearsGive Up at 2 by Sofi De La Torre17 by Youth LagoonI Wanna Be Yours by Arctic MonkeysDays by the DrumsPepper by The Butthole Surfers (what a name, huh?)I know, my ears hurt too looking at this. Yuck.Man On The Moon by Kid CudiMe And Your Momma by Childish GambinoWell, if you're really going to listen to all of these (which you should), you have a lot of work to do. I tried to keep the list short… I'll leave you to it.:)

I am obsessed with the Peleton commercial that features Jay Z’s On to the Next One as the sound track. That track makes me want to hustle, even if it’s just doing dishes, or walking or whatever. Just move, hustle harder and faster. It’s a slammin’— I’ve GOT this— track!
