I don't know how many ending Heavy Rain has... but Way of the Samurai games had a bunch of different endings (12+, or something, each), although the actual storyline on all 3 games is Short. Indigo Prophecies had a lot of endings Raw Danger had a lot of connecting story alternate sceneros.

How do I get the alternate ending in Fatal Frame 3 anyone?
This can only be done on the second playthrough. After you have used the Dianthus Key in the Closet Hallway, you must travel to the Stairs Hallway (2F) and move the dresser. The Dianthus Key is not required for this to work. The only requirements is that you pick up the Purple Diary 4, fight the Woman Brushing ghost, and use the Holly Key to unlock the mirror stand drawer for the contents. You're basically doing something you can do in a later night a bit earlier. Beat the game normally after obtaining the items in the mirror stand drawer to get the alternate ending. You will notice a slight change when you wake from Hour XII after having done all this.

Not a lot of games gripped this amazing and rewarding concept during the life of the NES. A few of the obvious have been noted but a few key ones which were pretty rewarding our listed below: Kid Kool Castlevania III: Dracula's Curse Double Dragon II <-- one of the most difficult to achieve beating the game on its hardest difficulty! As mentioned in the first post, Sweet Home was originally a Japanese release, but has been made through reproductions and be purchased to be used on a NTSC console for around 40-50 bucks. Another game that was very popular in Europe was Mr. Gimmick which also has a true complete alternate ending that was very difficult and rewarding. If you start bringing the 16 bit era into the mix its a whole new discussion. Genesis and SNES probably have 80+ titles that offer multiple endings and a few you would never suspect such as popular shooters.

Spelunky. It’s a fun little Indie games with endless endings.It’s just that all of those endings (except for about three or four) involve you dying in a new, imaginative, hilarious, and/or embarrassing way.But each new life gives you the option of choosing what ending you want to go after. So you can at least be headed in a different direction when you die and have to start over again.And since the world is procedurally generated each time, it’s never the same adventure.
