Well you could try some of Harmony Korine's films, he worked a lot with Larry Clark in the 90's. His films aren't quite the same but they share some similarities. “Concerning Hobbits” has a more “Celtic wilderness” feel, but also light-hearted at the same time. I've seen the Jack Nicholson movie, "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest." I haven't seen "Girl, Interrupted." Well, it is not sure now, if the movie starts in 2017, but Fassbender is shooting now an ice-cold thriller called “The Snowman”. Should be similar to “Prisoners”.By the way: “Prisoners” is just another variation of that Canadian movie “7 Jours Du Talion” which came out several years ago. It was followed by some kind of American Remake called “The Tortured” and then there was this massive Hit “Prisoners”.But, there is also another film that follows the storyline of “7 Jours Du Talion”. It is called “Big Bad Wolves” and comes from Israel. In my opinion, it is even better than “Prisoners”, because the question if that suspect was the kidnapper is even more doubtful, there is more violence, psychological depth and it also features some scenes of very black humour.

Well.. From Hell ( Got Johnny Depp in it ) It's about The Jack Ripper story. Real good. :D And then you have Sleepy Hollow (Johnny Depp :D) It's about a headless horseman and how he cuts peoples heads of from a little village and stuff real good!
