Which workout do you think gives faster results: Carme Electra's Striptease videos or?
If you stick to only one it's boring.... If you want to do this it is for life so you need to totally change your way of eating and exercising. This is not a diet rather than a healthy eating plan for life. So no more talking diet cause it means time limit. Stop making some major mistakes wake up earlier and get active earlier your metabolism is sluggish and needs to be woken up this is half your problem. Here are the golden rules: Initially cut down to 1200 calories. Exercise 6 times per week for 1 hours a day. Do three weight sessions and three cardio sessions. No gym involved. Don't eat carbs after 4pm, never eat carbs within 2 hours of exercise or within 1 hour of exercise. Drink 3 litres of water per day. You can have a green tea at the end of the day. Limit your fruit in take to 2 pieces per day. Never eat dinner after 6pm. Adopt of low GI eating plan this is sustainable for life! Make low fat dairy choices Follow this menu plan as a suggestion: Breakfast 7am - 1 cup hot water w lemon 20 minutes later have a bowel of oats w water (no honey) OR fruit salad w low GI soy yogurt Snack 10am - pear or apple (both low GI) Lunch 12.30pm - multigrain sandwich w 50g tuna & salad (no butter) Snack 3pm - low GI yogurt OR skim berry smoothie (no honey or banana) plenty of ice, 1/2 cup skim milk & 1/4 cup yogurt Dinner 5.30pm - 120g grilled lean meat/fish/prawns/tofu patties (not fried) w spinach salad & mixed vegies (no whites, carbs) OR 3 egg white/soy omlette with ham, cheese and tomato Snack - 1 scoop of low cal low fat ice cream (if hungry) Exercise is must be intense. Refer to www.bodybuilding.com for your weights routine. Never do weights two consecutive days have a cardio day in between. Cardio needs to include running, go hard up stair wells and cycling. You get the most benefits from exercise when your body is totally fatigued and this is when you see changes. To maintain you can increase calories to 1500 and reduce exercise sessions to 3-4 times per week. If weight creeps up again due to holiday period etc.. go back to 1200 cal and 6 sessions again. Good luck it worked for me it can work for anyone.
How do you workout your lower abs for fast results!?
Exercise or no exercise you won't be able to lose the weight if you don't cut your food intake but we all know that's pretty hard, right? A good appetite suppressant can help you out big time but it has to be natural or you can get into serious heath problems. I lost 38 lbs in 2 months by using garcinia cambogia extract (FDA approved 100% natural). In my first month 26 and then 12 the second month. I was an emotional eater and these supplements changed my life. They act like an appetite suppressant so I didn't feel like eating anymore. Not hungry anymore -> Lower calories -> Lose weight, simple as that. I did no exercises just 20 minutes walks 5 days a week. It's been 4 months since I lost the weight and I did not gain any pounds back, actually I lost another 5 lbs (I stop taking them after I lost the weight). If you want to take a look here is a website where you can find discounts: http://www.garciniacambogiapromo.com I got them 30% off from here. Hope this helps!
What workout routine would give you the fastest results?
in terms of losing weight... interval cardio training. you can do this at the gym by turning the treadmil really high and running for a minute and then the next minute you have a brisk walk and you keep repeating for about 20-40 mins depending how in shape you are. by doing this you keep your heartrate up from running fast because u are still moving from walking fast. the heartrate determines if your body is losing fat not if you are out of breath. because by doing interval training you have the ability to gain your breath and it takes the stress off your body so you are able to train longer by doing intervals. you can also do this on a track by sprinting 200m and walking the next 100m it works
P90X VS GYM? Which gives faster results?
As a self-taught drummer myself, i'm able to inform you that there rather isn't any 'rapid" thank you to benefit an tool. It takes various endurance, prepare, self-discipline, and hard paintings. Now that being pronounced, some human beings do learn speedier than others so it easily relies upon on the guy. I easily have 2 cousins that the two play guitar and the two are self-taught. My one cousin Terry practiced virtually daily and picked it up speedier than my cousin Dave, who did no longer prepare almost as plenty. Terry grew to become exceedingly darn good in approximately 8 months. all of it boils right down to how desperate you're, how plenty you prepare, and how promptly you %. issues up. My suggestion could be to get an academic e book or DVD and learn some chords. in case you do it on your very own you will shop various money and you're able to bypass at your very own %.. Guitar training are no longer much less costly at present, except you be attentive to somebody. merely provide it a shot on your very own for a month or 2 and see the way you progression. Then in case you sense you like training to get greater suited, then come across a physically powerful instructor this is easily no longer too costly. however the key's to prepare....prepare.....prepare! good success!

I've found a ton of abs-and-butt-torching exercises online on the Women's Health magazine website. What is an effective weightloss program w/ fast results?
There are no 'spells' for weightloss. Weightloss is down to your own willpower and ability to control your own body. If there were spells for it, do you think so many people would be fat??? The only thing close to spellcraft for weightloss would be using aromtherapy to reduce your hunger, but then you'd begoing tino herbalism too, by using plants to heal. If you have a weight issue, you should be looking at yourself and asking why. Do you comfort eat? Do you have a problem with the types of foods you eat everyday? There's no quick fix - it probably took a long time to put on that weight, and so it will take a long time to get it off again. You need to learn how to reduce/watch your calorie intake and workout much more.
You asked,Do you have to workout while fasting? For most reasons one might chose to fast NO, absolutely not. However, it depends upon your intentions for fasting. If you are fasting for therapeutic reasons, or hygienic reasons, to improve your health and/or wellbeing then no, don’t work out at all working out is contraindicated and should not be done. You should rest and convalesce and let the body simply be so it can do what it will naturally do.Personally I got a little fed up of the absolute mess of information the internest throws at you when it comes to fasting. It gets pretty hard to know what to follow, how long to follow it for and half the time it doesn’t work. I mean we wouldn’t all keep hearing about fad diets if one actually met half the promises, right? You can download the Eat-Stop-Eat Audiobook completely free from Fasting TV. It goes back to basics to actually get results: [Free Audiobook] Eat - Stop - Eat: Make Fasting Simple Again (And Get Actual Results)If you haven’t really looked fasting before it can be a murky topic. There’s a lot of inforation to go on, especially online where everyone and their dog have an opinion whether they’re qualified to share it or not.At the most base fasting is an intentional withholding of food. Whether for spiritual or health reasons there absolutely are benefits to it when used correctly. To everyone spouting that it’s all a craze with no backing - I think you’re thinking of detoxing and juice cleanses. Fasting is different and has clear and proven advantages. There is no set duration or way to do it. I’m not going to pretend like I have all the answers because at the end of the day I only know what works for me and a sample size of one is not a reliable study. However I will tell you that the biggest thing you can do for yourself is get at least a basic understanding of what you’re doing. You don’t need to study nutrition for years but don’t just follow along with fad diets or fasts in the hopes of stumbling into something which works. The sad truth is if it was as easy as all that selling us on fake diet crap wouldn’t be such a big market.
You lose weight by being in a caloric deficit.
Anyone know an effective (AB ONLY) workout or diet, that gives good results?
Calcium 3 serving a day along with crunches
You will start feeling the results after a week or 5 workouts. Give it at least 90 days and you will not be disappointed. But you must remain consistent and follow a routine of steady progression.
