Do You Support Raising The Amt To Apply Only To The Very Rich

What is Trump's tax plan? Does he really intend to tax the rich?

Trump’s plan would reward rich taxpayers with greater cuts than any other group.Trump's tax plan reveals his contempt for the middle classThere have been a few studies, and they all show the same thing:Clinton: Trump plan gives more to rich than Bush tax cuts

Will Obama's health plan hurt small business ?

No doubt about it, If a small buisnes that employess, say three people and the premiums for them are high for they cant buy into a large group plan cost -- $800 per month per employee, even if the small Biz does an 80/20 (Employer pays 80%, well you can do the math each year).... But liberals think if you own a buisness you are rich.... So then the Democrates will have to triple taxes to even help pay for a national health care

But they forget about, other things, payroll, payroll taxes workers comp ins (fed and state) other insurance. Sales taxes, fica, social security....

The plans like Obama puts out is to play to a base that just votes on emotions.....

Anyone Surprised that Dems Broke Their Promise to Raise Taxes to pay for AMT Taxcut? Can We Trust Pelosi & Dem

As a Democrat, I am outraged that so many Dems supported the idea of cutting taxes without making someone pay for it.

Are the Dems protecting their own pockets and the pockets of their rich friends on Wall Street?

Why do Democrats want to punish the successful people by taxing them more?

I see a lot of hateful answers (Democrats are poor. Democrats have no lives. Democrats are Communists.) and I see a lot of decent answers about the rich getting tax breaks while the middle and lower classes make up the difference. One answer that stood out to me, though, was Mis Managed's. Do some of us pay taxes for schools while we don't have children? I can see how this argument can go both ways. I have no kids, so why should I pay the school taxes? On the other hand, I care about the future of our society, so I would like our children to be taken care of. The rich in our society should understand that we all need to help each other. I don't think that a CEO of an oil company that retires with millions of dollars for the rest of his life is "working hard" for your money. The rich wish to get richer while the poor just wish to get by.

I do not have a Ph D in Economics, but it seems to me that the rich are getting another tax break...?

while the rest of us take it up the #@* without any grease. Here's my point: the modified "bailout bill'' goes before the Senate tonight with a new provision that was NOT part of the House bill....no, I'm not talking about the raising of the FDIC insurance limits...it's about the AMT (alternative minimum tax) which was created years ago and designed as a "wealth tax" that imposes an alternate tax on high incomes as apposed to the ordinary tax: Well, the Senate slipped in this provision that would ACTUALLY provide relief or reduce the "bite" of this tax...Am I too perceptive and crazy or am I right on
