Do You Think Chris Davis Stepped Out Of Bounds

Jonathan Davis (KoЯn), Gerard Way (MCR), or Ville Valo (HIM)?

@Rocker: I know that. All three of them are in different categories of metal/rock. I used them as examples because of how well known they are :] Out of curiosity I wanted to know who was most preferred over the other.

Do you think the Warriors were nervous the last 5 minutes of game 7? Did the moment get too big?

Let's just say that nerves are a given, and for both teams, but the cocktail of emotions the Warriors were caught up in was a little more complex.Street Fight + AdrenalineEver seen a street fight? At a bar, or (*clears throat) basketball game? I remember seeing a brawl in high school and people went into a frenzy. That frenzy feeling comes from blood rushing away from your brain, redirecting to your extremities, and therefore limiting your ability to think rationally. While you're yelling “Kick his butt!” even if he's a really nice guy.The Warriors were wired with adrenaline, and that led to some questionable decision making - like Draymond Green’s leg kick, the abandonment of the offense, or anyone continuing to pass the ball to Harrison Barnes.Playing Not to LoseThere’s a big difference between the demeanor of the Warriors from the first half of the series to the second half. They went from a team with all the momentum, to a team that was treating the series like it was their turn in a game of Jenga - they went from confident to cautious. They went from trying to win to trying not to lose. They seemed more consumed with the Cavs, than they were with being the best Warriors. The Dagger Exposed ThemYou don’t have to be a master at fencing, or knife combat, to know that if you violently lunged at your opponent, that may open you up to a counter attack. The Warriors offense devolved into Hero Ball.Like an ex-convict that got baited into a street fight, only to get arrested. The Cavs recognized the panic button offense and it only strengthened their resolve.Final ThoughtThis series wasn’t about Harrison Barnes or Draymond Green. It was about momentum, confidence, and recovery. The team with the most confidence, momentum, and resilience won the series… and I’m just hoping the Warriors have learned to better value these traits if there’s a rematch.

Evolutionists/Atheists, can you dispute this quote from Chris Williams PhD.?

"I am continually amazed by the incredible complexity of life. For example, each of us has a vast 'computer program' of six billion DNA bases in every cell that guided our development from a fertilized egg, specifies how to make more than 200 tissue types, and ties all this together in numerous highly functional organ systems. Few people outside of genetics or biochemistry realize that evolutionists still can provide no substantive details at all about the origin of life, and particularly the origin of genetic information in the first self-replicating organism. What genes did it require -- or did it even have genes? How much DNA and RNA did it have -- or did it even have nucleic acids? How did huge information-rich molecules arise before natural selection? Exactly how did the genetic code linking nucleic acids to amino acid sequence originate? Clearly the origin of life -- the foundation of evolution - is still virtually all speculation, and little if no fact."

Regardless of whether you believe abiogenesis is the foundation of evolution, which it must be or there would be nothing to evolve, can you dispute what he is saying?

Does the music you listened to as a baby affect your music taste later in life?

I was born exactly a month before Christmas: November 25 (of '96). My mom wrote in my baby book that as a baby I slept better when there was noise, so until Christmas ended, she played "Bing Crosby, Frank Sinatra, Johnny Mathis, and Nat King Cole," while I slept. I am now 17 years old and for my whole life have loved Frank Sinatra. Until about last year or so I only listened to Frank's Christmas album during the holidays because I knew it was weird for someone my age in this day and age to listen to his style of music. However, I eventually got over it and listen to him and Bing, and others like them all the time now. I still get a lot of sh*t about it from my friends, but that's the music I like, so that's what I'm going to listen to! (Though don't get me wrong, it isn't the only kind. I listen to 90's country music, 80's rock and modern pop all the time too. I have a very wide range of taste in music). So what I'm wondering is this: Did the fact that my mother played them all the time when I was a baby make any difference as to my music preference for them now? Did it work as a sort of subliminal message type thing while I slept?

What's the worst injury you've ever gotten playing basketball?

I've had a lot of injuries in basketball, but:
- Popped my shoulder out of place by falling on it wrong trying to save the ball from going out of bounds.
- Sprained my ankle by rolling off the opponent.
- Strained my knee from falling because I was pushed when I went in for a lay-up
- The one that sucked the most though because it took me out for most of the season was when I got the concussion.
Yet after all my injuries I still got back out on the court.(:

I got 44 out of 50, in an IQ test. What does that mean?

An absolute score on an IQ-test is meaningless in itself, since IQ is a relative measure. I’m going to score higher, in absolute terms, on an IQ-test than nearly all 6-year-olds — assuming we both take the same test, but that doesn’t mean I’m a genius. IQ is a relatively measure; it indicates of how good you score compared to your peers. To answer your actual question: it is meaningless, and the — most likely online — test you took is almost certainly meaningless as well. If you took an actual IQ-test with a qualified psychologist, they would give you an actual IQ-score (normally in the range 60–140), not an absolute score, and they would tell you what it means.

Does intelligence really matter, or is it just all about building good habits, and perseverance?

so there are multiple types of intelligenceSome Quorans seem obssessed with only 1 :8 Intelligence modesMusical-rhythmic and harmonic.Visual-spatial.Verbal-linguistic.Logical-mathematical.Bodily-kinesthetic.Interpersonal.Intrapersonal.Naturalistic.There are many traits that are free of charge but help alot and not directly linked to intelligence:determinationkindness to othersempathyreasonablenessfocusmotivationdrivepositive attitudecan do attitude ..You get the pictureNEXTWe must lever all the skills we have and practice them ..We have a range of potential in each area but practice can make +/- 1 SD standard deviation difference! (1 SD = 15 IQ points)For IQ testing … with a mean 100 IQ this could be a potential as low as 85 or as much as 115 depending on nurture .. 85 is well below average and 115 is well aboveSO PERSEVERANCE IS VITAL GOOD HABITS ARE VERY HELPFULTHIS IS WHERE YOU NEED BALANCE TO HAVE A GOOD HAPPY LIFE:THE FARTHER OUT YOU CAN TICK ON EACH WHEEL SEGMENTRELATIVE TO YOUR PERSONAL SCALE - THE BETTERTO CONCLUDE:Nurture all intelligences to the best of your abilityapply the free of charge attributes (they are free after all!)seek balance on the wheelRESULT = HAPPY LIFE
