Do You Think It Was Unprofessional For A Job Agency Worker Female Tell A Male Client That She Can

What is the most unprofessional interaction you've had with a recruiter?

Mine was with Accenture! Yes, you read that right, ACCENTURE (Going forward will be denoted as AC).Here is how it went.I was desperately looking out for a job change. God knows why, but I was indeed vigorously hunting for a job.*Gets a call**Waits for TrueCaller to identify the number**Wow**Its from AC*The call was from HR. I was asked if I was available to give the personal interview. I told them a suitable date. HR agreed. I was relieved, as it was a bright opportunity. All went well, so far.I went to their office on the agreed date. In-spite of many calls to the recruiter to inform my arrival, wasn’t received by the person for almost hour-and-half. I was there on time. I was probably the one of the few guys who reached there on time ( Recruiter told me so, but it didn’t matter to me).I was asked to take an online test.*opens the screen*BOOM, topic was not related to me.Informed the recruiter. The answer was “I am not the right person to address the issue” (Ok! can you get me the CEO?).Hiding my frustration, I told him that I wouldn’t be able to answer them. The reply, “Sit simply boss. You can leave in ten minutes” (Man, WTF!) .The whole thing took almost an hour. After wasting a considerable amount of time, left for the day.*Gets a call again from AC* The HR told that there was a mistake and again scheduled an interview. I went on that day.*received by the same recruiter* Was told to sit in a room. Politely obliged and sat there for half-an-hour. Asked the recruiter if I should wait any longer. The reply,”Boss, you need this job right? Wait please” ( Pissed off to the core, but yeah I needed the job). Was again asked to sit in some other room. Started bugging the recruiter to call the interviewer and check his arrival. After a hour-and-half, the recruiter says “You can please leave, there is no interview today”.That was it. I was visibly angry.ME: “Why did you guys call me today then?”RECRUITER: “Did I call you?”ME: *WOW WHAT??* “Excuse Me?”RECRUITER: “Yeah. Did I call you for the interview?” “Ask the one who scheduled your interview”ME: “Do you know how unprofessional this is?”RECRUITER: “I don’t care”. “You can leave”That was the moment, I lost the respect for the company.EDIT: WOW 5K - Thanks for the up votes guys :) Really means a lot :)

Do male Spa workers really massage female customers at Spa's in real life?

Yes, they do. While it can be less common for spas to hire male therapists in the first place, those that do so will offer their clients the choice of a male or female therapist. Many women actually are fine with male massage therapists, so long as professional boundaries are maintained and the work is of good quality. I know that I, personally, love having male therapists massage me because they have the strength to provide the consistent pressure that I enjoy during a massage.JuliaA Touch of TranquilityFacebook

What is it called when you sleep with your boss for a better position or raise?

Hi DJ - since you asked this in the legal topics area, I'm sure you weren't looking for people to call names or give stupid answers like "prostitution".

In legal terms, it is called "Quid Pro Quo" Sexual Harassment, which is when a supervisor, superior or person in a position of authority requests or demands sexual favors as a condition of employment or to get job-related benefits, pay raises, promotions, etc.

Quid Pro Quo sexual harassment is very serious and generally illegal in the United States. However, if the employee actively pursues sexual favors for the supervisor in order to get job benefits, voluntarily and without being solicited by the supervisor, then the employee could be liable for sexual harrassment against the supervisor, and an innocent supervisor placed in this situation by the employee would not be liable, unless he consented to the exchange of favors.

Could I Adopt a 'client' of mine? (I work with children)?

Yes, You most definitely will be considered. And since you already know the child it would make sense that they would place her with you.

But, they would place as a foster child ---and he would have the opportunity to follow a service plan and get the child back. If is rights were terminated then is when they would consider adoption.

It would be a wise move Now to inquire about foster care and classes.

If Social Services is involved Dad will have no say if They decide to remove her from his care---they Will place in a licensed foster home-----
