Do You Think Lebron Will Leave Miami After This Year Because Of Wade

Why are LeBron, Wade, and Bosh all opting out of their Miami Heat contracts?

All three opting out (and eventually coming back) actually is the best situation for the Heat. One of the complaints about the Heat's team this year is that their supporting cast was weak. All of the Big Three would make more than $20 million next year if they stayed on their current contracts. Opting out allows James, Wade, and Bosh to restructure their contracts so they can make less money, and therefore give the Heat more financial flexibility to sign quality free agents to fill out the rest of their rotation.

Will Lebron James EVER leave the Cavaliers again?

I don't see him leaving an already star in the making Kyrie and a rebounding master K Love to play for a different team.

Its his hometown and he already left once, but I think it all comes down to the rings.

Bonus Question: how many rings would Lebron need to stay a Cavalier forever?

Should the Miami Heat offer Dwyane Wade the 3 year $60 million contract he wants? Is it the plausible choice especially if Wade is nearing father time?

From a pure basketball perspective, the answer is no.The tricky part comes in the fact that not only has Wade given the Heat so much over the years, but he's taken quite a bit of pay cuts to help make the team great in the past few years. To the extent he's only asking to make up for what he gave up at a time when he makes far less relative to the cap, the right thing to do for loyal organization would seem to be to give him the money. We'll see how it all plays out. It is possible for Wade to act ridiculously when it comes to these negotiations. He should have built up a ton of good faith though over time, and thus, if talks go south and he and the Heat end up at each other's throats, that will likely say something quite damning about the Heat organization.Speaking more generally: "The Heatles", that is the coming together of LeBron, Wade, and Chris Bosh, was a kind of heyday for super teams. It was a perfect storm: 1) Boston's Big 3 had just had amazing success.2) Players were feeling like the existing salary cap was something somehow outside of ownerships control.3) Those 3 guys really liked each other.4) LeBron knew he needs a lot of rings if he wants to be in the GOAT conversation, and he thought this would be the way to do it.After seeing what became of the Heatles though, I don't know if any future superstars are going to take pay cuts in the near future in the name of building a team:1) While the Heatles were successful, their combination of talents proved nowhere near as synergistic as Boston's Big 3 because none of those players had the kind of off-the-charts versatility that Kevin Garnett had.2) The Heat organization proceeded to cut salary after the fact to ensure they wouldn't take salary cap hits, which left the players feeling like a bunch of marks...which they were.3) Even those 3 friends felt quite strained by the strife and sacrifice they faced.4) Didn't really work for LeBron. At the time when the Heatles came together, that it happened in Miami made sense. The organization had an impeccable reputation. Riley was as respected a GM as existed in the game, and superstar Wade would praise everyone involved along with South Beach to no end.If the Heat don't end up making nice with Wade, then that definitively ends an era. And I'll add, if the Goran Dragic era never really takes off, the Heat could find themselves wandering in the desert for quite a while. Riley might just want to retire now.

Why did Lebron James leave the Miami Heat in the first place?

After their humiliating loss to the Spurs in the NBA finals, he saw that he stood no chances of winning another title with Miami Heat. Against whichever finals rival team that comes from the Western Conference. Staying in Miami for the next 3–4 years basically would mean letting go of hopes of winning another ring during his career. That because of the declining health and efficiency of Wade and less-than-stellar output by Bosh.LeBron wanted to win, understandably. Forming “his” team with Kyrie Irving and Kevin Love, and having the authority on who should be in the rest of the roster (like wanting Tristan Thompson to be signed) was wise, and they paid off. He may win two or even three more with the Cavaliers, which would put him in discussions of the greatest ever. Nothing of that sort was to happen with him in Miami.

Why did lebron james quit miami heat?

Lebron left because he realized he needed young guys on his team. He needed guys with potential & future like kyrie . it was unfortunate for the miami heats franchise because their veterans were getting older and older . Obviously wade. And anyways the miami heat era was not going to last much further. He also returned to the cavaliers because it really was his home and he wanted to make a new reputation in Cleveland. He probably feels his career would run smoothly there.

LeBron James quitting on The Miami Heat?

I'm probably the biggest LeBron James fan here, but I'm man enough to say he's quitting on the Heat. He is giving Wade too much load and is basically saying "Carry me to a championship". I think LeBron James joined Miami thinking Bosh and Wade would compensate for his lack of killer instincts.

Do the Miami Heat "belong" to Dwyane Wade or LeBron James?

I've always thought this question was, if not juvenile, meaningless. At best, this serves only as a topic for fans to argue when there's a dearth of sports news. If you were to ask the HEAT's big 3, they'd remind you that it's a team. And it's the versatility of this HEAT team (namely, Wade & James) that should be appreciated; They can each share the load in different games according to the matchups and pickup the slack within certain stretches of each game. Example: Lebron can guard almost any position and thus, focus on defending opponent's best scorer while Wade takes up the scoring load; When HEAT need points in the paint, Wade & Lebron can attack the rim or either can post up when matched up with smaller defenders or they can feed the ball to Bosh in the post; They can also go to a pick & roll game with Wade & Lebron or Lebron & Bosh or Wade & Bosh. I could go on with the possibilities, but that only illustrates the versatile dynamic of this HEAT team. For those that love to debate this topic, perhaps you can factor in how each player is performing on the biggest stage.  D.wade has made a strong push for 2011 finals MVP in games 2-3. Wade may well end up with the HEAT team's highest scoring average by the end of this series and his 2nd Finals MVP.I'm a freelance writer and contributor to several websites including this sports blog which has a thread that Wade/HEAT fans may enjoy: A highlight reel of Wade's 2006 Finals performance set to the movie theme from Flash for all you Flash fans.. http://hotnsexydirectory.com/spo...

Which was worse? Lebron leaving Cleveland or KD leaving okc?

The number of years couldn't matter less, KD only signed for less so he could get a raise sooner, that's it.

KD's situation is a million times worse because LeBron left a situation where he and the team he was leaving were at odds with each other. It was well documented the owner didn't like LeBron or support him. The opposite is true for OKC.

Should the Miami Heat trade Dwyane Wade? What could they get in return?

Dwyane Wade has been a Heat member since he arrived in the league. He won them a championship in 2006 (yes, Shaq was there, but the finals were Wade's domain) and he two championships while LeBron was there as well. The Miami fans adore D-Wade for everything he's done for the team and so it would make little sense to trade Wade when he still brings in much revenue from jerseys and tickets. We have seen teams unload their one-team vets before - Boston and Pierce come to mind- when they decided they're going to rebuild from scratch. It makes sense: you trade an old guy for a new guy or more + some future picks in the draft. However, with Bosh still in Miami as well + Deng and some other players they have signed before the season, Miami is not in full rebuild mode. With a few good added pieces, they could challenge the eastern conference powerhouses the next season again. So it wouldn't make any sense to trade your most loved player who is putting up great numbers this season as well. Especially since, as Mengwei Xu said, Wade has a lot more value to the Heat than to other teams. He is getting old, which means less teams would be interested in trading for him. And if the Heat did trade him, they wouldn't get the same amount of immediate value back. Sure, they might get a good pick, but that's more luck than anything else. ____________________________________________________^Bottom line^Reasons for why I believe Wade will play out his career in Miami: loved by fans and the organizationhe makes money and the organization makes money off himstill puts up great numbers across the boardthe team they have can still be pretty goodif they traded him, they would get less than he is worth to them in return
