No, love and sex are two different things, but sex is a median for love, it is kind of hard to explain. I can love a women and never have sex with her, and I will love her to death, I will protect her at all costs and I guess that's where the jealousy part comes in but anyways, sometimes it is hard for me to show my love through words or simple actions, it comes across as not genuine. You should get your full chart done as the signs you and your boyfriend have in Venus will effect this. I also have a Virgo voyfriend, and there is no lack of sex drive or invention there. I am currently interested in a male scorpio - he's a really nice and humorous guy. But when I first met him four years ago, he is really cold and bitter towards me.
