I think if you can picture any comedian, they are not typically seen as "beautiful" and are often self-deprecating about their looks. Although, since they are so relatable and so personable, you always want to be on their team and see them as beautiful.Examples include Eddie Murphy, Jim Carrey, Robin Williams, the Wayans brothers, Chris Rock, and so on. What I mean is that you probably won't see these people voted as "sexiest" or "hottest" but you would almost want them to because they are so wonderful, you know?Anyway, it's an interesting question. I don't believe in physical ugliness anyway. I really only believe in behavioral and mental ugliness. A rude, "beautiful" person is still a rude person, while a kind heart is always beautiful.
Why do white guys think black girls are ugly?
Well dark skin is a biologically masculine trait. Black women are unfortunately at the how do I say this politely, well the negative end of the genetic lottery. But lots of asian and white women are too. The only black women white men like in general are ones who look white or near white like beyonce, halle berry, mariah carey, rashida jones, or nicole richie. But there are some white men who have a black woman fetish. But as to why, light skin has been historically associated with femininity and dark skin masculinity. And its like this in pretty much every major ancient culture, egypt, africa, greece, india, aztecs etc. Whites don't even like indians if they are "too dark" and indians are basically black skinned people with white features. Never mind black woman have flat noses and all.
Am I the only one who find Dwayne Johnson (the Rock) ugly?
I'm a girl who graduated from college last year. Most of my male colleagues (some slightly older, some my age) absolute worship "the Rock" and think he's the finest man to ever walk on this earth, but I just don't see it. I grew up having the biggest crush on Zac Efron and I still do. I also think Justin Bieber and Harry Styles are attractive. Guys like them are my "type". Guys who look like The Rock honestly scares me. But those guys all made fun of my taste and said I secretly like the Rock or that I'll grow out of my "pretty boy" phase and said guys I like are not "men". It's such a slap in the face. Am I the only girl who feel this way?
How come a lot of guys in rock bands are ugly?
That's why they're in bands. Because they're ugly and have no other way of attracting women. This is common knowledge! "Gee, I can't get any attention! Oh, I know! I'll start a band!" Very common motivation for entering the music scene lol. Look at the singer from Nickelback. Ick. Like that guy would ever get laid if he wasn't the lead singer of Nickelback lol. Or sully from Godsmack.. Eh. Your friends think they're cute because they're associating their feelings about the music, with the people who (half the time) wrote it. If they saw the same "cute" guys randomly on the street, they wouldn't give them a second glance. Also, fame and media attention have always seemed to make people seem more attractive. Look at Hollywood. Half the female stars considered to be "BEAUTIFUL" are barely more than average. Same for the guys. It's just image augmenting physical traits. Like people who are into tattoos think that guys/girls who are hideous, are pretty hot, if they're covered with tats. = / And it's not an issue of being shallow. Merely honest and realistic.
