Do You Think Your Kids Should Be Forced To Share If So In What Situations Would Warrent It.

Duchovny behavior regarding his sons penis in 2 tv interviews leave one worried for his sons safety.?

You're talking about David Duchovny; a man whose career is noted for his role as Fox Mulder. Naturally, Duchovny was given the role to portray a dark, shady character due to his fine, upstanding social skills and admirable, sunny disposition.

Stop being a prude and get outside and find a life other than that of worrying about celebrities' babies that you hear about on TV.

Can the police force me to give up my encryption passwords, and how would they force me?

No, you cannot be forced. The police can obtain a warrant for the passwords if they were able to convince a judge that it is warranted. However, I think that's getting a little over a police officers pay grade. Nobody can force you to give up any information that is only present in your memory. If it's written down and hidden in your home or office, a warrant can be obtained to search for it. However, if the information only exists in your brain, nobody can force you to produce it. If a warrant is obtained for the password, nobody can definitively determine if you are capable of recalling the information. You could hypothetically be held in contempt for not providing the password. You could hypothetically be jailed if found in contempt. If in the US, that's pretty much the only recourse. If you are in a foreign land, I don't want to begin to tell you the possibilities. I will say, you would give up the passwords quickly. Without knowing any details of this hypothetical situation, I'm assuming that you are in the USA and you are dealing with a city, county or state police officer. In that case, what's in your head is safe. If you're hypothetical situation involves any potential threat to national security, I'm sure that you would be willing to provide anything asked of you rather quickly.

What if you have a warrant of arrest and have to go to the hospital? Can they call the police on you?

They can if law enforcement has specifically requested that they be notified if a particular individual checks in, but ordinarily no, Chuck, but if the police are actively searching for someone, then they’ll keep a constant eye on hospital admission records, and if their name pops up, then they can expect to be taken into custody. Gunshot wounds, domestic and child abuse are exceptions, and they are required to report it to the police. If someone needs hospital care that requires them to remain there, then they'll be placed under arrest, possibly handcuffed within the hospital, and a police guard placed on them until they're well enough to be moved to an incarceration facility. If they really need it, then they'll need to decide which is more important, their health and life, or their freedom. If this is you, then good luck.

Is it illegal for your children to share a room?

I was answering a question a minute ago and I read that it is illegal in some states for your children to share a room. Is this true? My kids have been sharing a room for a while and I have never heard this. WE live in Greenville SC Is this true? My daughter is 5 and my boys are 3 and 2. What do you think?

Does Indiana extradite to WI for Child Support and unpaid fine arrest warrants?

He is not "safe" anywhere in the USA or any countries with which the USA shares law enforcement information.

If this guy is arrested or even stopped for any reason, even minor traffic offenses, and his information is run thru the NCIC [which is almost always done right there from the Police Officer's car], they will pick him up and hold him pending notification to Wisconsin to come and get him.

Wisconsin has about 24 hours to respond whether or not they will come get him. if they do not respond or decline, both distinct possibilities, your family member may very well be released. Sometimes a bond is required for out-of-state warrant releases, but usually not.

Can a parent truly say they love their children if they endanger their child's life?

Kicking your kid out at 18 doesn't automatically endanger their life. At 18, they are not a child, but an adult. My parents didn't do it, but I had several friends who were literally counting the days until they could move out. And I had a friend or two who had parents that wanted them to leave or pay rent if they weren't going to school. But if you had parents like that, it wasn't a rude awakening. They knew it was coming. Usually for years. If you're 18 and you have no job, aren't going to school, and you sit at home all day and then stay out all night drinking or getting into trouble? They should kick you out. If mom and dad say you can stay, but they give you rules you must follow, that is reasonable. If you come home at 2 am every night and break the rules, you can be kicked out. However, if they just wake up one day and tell you that you have to get out of of nowhere? That's a little different. That could cause some serious hardships and it's cruel. I also can't imagine there are many parents heartless enough to toss out a kid who just doesn't have enough money saved or a stable enough job unless their behavior warrants it. They may threaten to motivate, but if that kid was literally faced with sleeping on a friends couch and again, no bad behavior, a good parent who is financially able will not kick them out. The law protects parents from being stuck with a kid sponging off them and making their lives difficult forever. It protects them from having a 26 year old with no plans to move out. Again, my parents always made me feel welcome to stay as long as needed, but I can still see how that can be a negative in some situations for some parents. If the solution is to propose a law that makes kids children until they turn 21, that's different. But I can't imagine many kids going for it.
