Does A Stomach Piercing Go Through The Stomach Wall

Does a navel piercing hurt?

Pain is relative, as it originates in the brain, and all brains are different.  The short answer is yes, but 10 different people will claim 10 different levels of pain.  Comparatively speaking, it's one of the less painful piercings.  Most people find it not only tolerable, but also not hugely painful.  I'd compare it to the earlobe piercing.  Navel skin is thicker than the lobe, but the needle is less painful than the gun, always.  For me, who got my navel done at 14, the clamp used to hold the skin in place hurt worse than the piercing. The piercing is a quick sharp pinch, then a few moments of fiddling the clamp off and jewellery on which can cause slight tugging.  It was very tolerable for me, even at 14.  In short, a quick 2-4 on the pain scale, then tolerable soreness. If you're not good with pain, bring a plushie to hug or friend's hand to hold.  Drink juice or something sugary before and during your visit to the parlour.  It's very unlikely, but people have passed out once they stood up after being pierced.  Juice helps prevent this.  I've personally never seen anyone faint.  Take anti-inflammatories like ibuprofen at home to help with swelling and soreness. Do not take aspirin before the piercing; it is a blood thinner. Follow the piercer's directions to the letter. So, to summarize:  One of the less painful piercings.  Compare it to earlobe piercing.  Perhaps a 2-4 out of 10 pain-wise, then mild soreness.  If you think you'll have trouble with pain, come prepared.Good luck, future belly button blingers!

How Much Should Belly Piercings Bleed?

I got my belly button pierced about 45 minutes ago. The place I went to was very clean and the guy who pierced me seemed good, reliable and knew what he was doing. He went to school for piercing and had a whole bunch of certificates saying he was a professional piercer. I got my belly button pierced and it bled, a lot. It still is bleeding a lot, especially whenever I move. I have it covered with gauze, I soaked it in some saline solution, and it doesn't hurt any more. He said I may be a bit anemic since I was bleeding so much which may be true. I am on my time of the month which can cause women to be a bit more anemic and bleed more and such.

Will I be okay and how can I make my piercing bleed any less? I'm not terribly worried right now, I just want to make sure I will be okay.

Can swallowed glass make hole in your stomach or intestines?

Why do I get stomach pains after not eating?

Most of the time, it is not a problem of you not eatingWhen we get hunger signals, it is not usually a hunger signal, but a thirst signal. Most of the time, what we perceive as a call for food from our stomachs is actually a request for hydration. If we drink enough water when we get a hunger signal from our stomachs, the signal will go away. That’s because we need water more than we need food to survive. Our bodies are about 80% water, so we must stay well hydrated. That is the problem. Most people do not drink enough pure (not altered) water. They stay in a state of dehydration, and feed their bodies food when the signal comes, instead. This is part of the reason the country is so overweight.Try giving yourself more water and your issue may stop.To learn more, follow me here: https://bit.ly/2HdIBB1

I swallowed a straight pin and now my stomach hurts bad. why?

well, hopefully the hydrochloric acid in your stomach can digest it. it seems that it may be piercing the stomach lining as we speak. was it stainless steel? get your self to an er and see what is going on in there!!!!!!! they will x-ray your abdominal area, ask you questions (how, stainless, time, have you ate since you swallowed it, are you 18/21?((parent permission)), insurance, drugs, etc). the stainless thing will make it more difficult. the worst, is an minor operation, the best is that it gets digested and heals the punctures. GO TO THE ER.

Stabbing pain w/belly button piercing?

I got my belly button pierced about 3 or 4 weeks ago and its been healing

A pole passes through the abdominal wall.......?

I cannot think of 6 serous membranes, I can only come up with 5. Do you have any picture of the situation, or more detailed description of this case?

Five serous membranes
1. Peritoneum on the abdominal wall
2. peritoneum where pole enters the stomach
3. peritoneum where pole exits stomach
4. upper part of peritoneum (below diaphragm) - where pole leaves abdominal cavity
5. pleura

In certain situations the pole might be piercing pericardium (which could be the 6th serous membrane) but since this is not in the description I doubt it.

Why does my stomach hurt when I sit straight/stand up?

The cause is something very obvious, that something very bad is happening in your gut and this is causing the pain in your stomach when you set straight or stand up.imageNow, there may be two obvious conditions,If this pain is from a long time, then a proper diagnosis and treatment should be carried under a medical expert. If this is temporary, then i would suggest that a hospital emergency is the best place to visit, if the issue persists for more than 30 minutes. To clarify further the issue, here the conditions that are causing the symptoms.Appendicitis: If otherwise you are in good health conditions and are suffering from the mentioned conditions, it may be appendicitis. The pain, in this case, will be located around the belly button and will seem to be migrating to the right lower side of the abdomen. In case of the middle age persons suffering from the same symptoms, it may indicate a gallbladder disease. IN most of the cases it is gallbladder stones that are obstructing the bile duct and causing pain when getting stretched in setting straight or standing up position. It may be some stomach lining injury, Peptic or Intestinal Ulcer as well, that is causing pain within your abdomen. The pain, in this case, will be mainly in the condition of after eating a meal.Related:What would be the result if you drink only Water for 03 Weeks? What are Gall Bladder stones and how it should be Cured? How Dandelion and Peppermint tea will help you in your amazing fast weight loss?Sip on this natural green leafy for your extremely fast and safe weight loss.Attribution for content
