You might be able to find them in hot topic, because I believe I saw them in their the other day. Or if you simply search online I'm positive you will find them there. You will probably have to get them customized, depending on what you want them to look like. Hope this helps!
How do motorcyclists ethically justify the negative externalities of bikes that make so much disruptive noise for their human and non-human communities?
This one is important, because it is probably what non-motorcyclists find most objectionable about motorcycles, and forms the motorcyclist image as downright rude and selfish.But as a motorcyclist I assure you, the segment of riders with ear-splitting pipes is a small one (at least in the SF bay area). As a car person you probably don't notice how small this minority is, because you do not notice us unless you are annoyed. To you it may be "motorcyclists are jack-asses". To me it is "that motorcyclist is a jack-ass".I enjoy the sound of my bikes, and it is good feedback for shift points. An unmodified exhaust is adequate for this purpose. Most aftermarket pipes, not specifically designed to be loud, are louder and sound better, and are loud enough to be heard inside the SUV you are following, and not much further. If someone doesn't see you, a blip of the throttle will get their attention. This is a good level, and shouldn't be any more annoying or loud than a muscle car.Folks that go beyond this don't have a legitimate safety claim. They do not need to announce their arrival from 3 blocks away to be safer. It is for attention, "here comes a bad-ass", and it reflects poorly on the majority of considerate riders.
