Does Anybody Know The Font Used On This Zumba Logo And Tell Me How You Know Or Found Out

Which is one hobby of yours that nobody or few people know you have?

I think few people know about my passion for Zumba. The exception would perhaps be the people who see me at Zumba classes In high school and in life much of my identity is known as the shy, quite nerdy girl so most people would be surprised at me doing Zumba and even loving it. To me I feel like Hannah Montana- leading a double life hahaha perhaps I don’t tell people I do Zumba is because also there's an element of people mocking Zumba and looking down upon it as a joke and not a real form of fitness. Which is horrible. I should be more proud and open to tell people what I love doing. Though I will say I once taught some Zumba tracks to a group of girls in my class as part of my Physical Education assesment which was to engage people in physical activity. Other students in other groups literally left their groups and I ended up teaching the whole class for awhile until the teacher told them to go back to their groups. I loved seeing their faces lit and see how everyone loosened up and honestly that made me so happy and worth my dancing and teaching them. Especially because I get anxiety in front of large crowds of people…I really amazed myself at what you can do when you literally LET GO and NOT CARE WHAT ANYONE THINKS aka GIVING ABSOLUTE ZERO F***** so much so that I planned to take up a Zumba instructor training session. I then wanted to teach Zumba at my school during lunch times to encourage them to be active, have fun and be more confident in their bodies…which is what happened to me when I joined Zumba hehe sadly my mum didn’t want to pay for my training because she wanted me to focus on school this year as it is my last year. But nonetheless I still plan to become a certified Zumba instructor and spread the Zumba loooooove man! Yaaas. So perhaps I’m just better or prefer showing my love for Zumba rather than openly telling people. Because that way people don’t get to judge immediately on their perception of Zumba. And instead they can see how much I love Zumba and hope they can enjoy it and appreciate it as much as I do

How is the zumba experience?

'ZUMBA' is an aerobic fitness programme featuring movements inspired by  various styles of Latin American dance and performed primarily to Latin  American dance music. Yes, this is the definition of Zumba, which we can find on Google. It is a way  to pamper yourself by giving happiness and an inner positive energy.  Here, I am going to share with you all my personal experience with  Zumba. I'M DESPERATE TO LOSE WEIGHT!?

Losing 10 lbs a month is a good and safe target. Any faster weight loss is likely to be temporary only and in most cases you regain it all.

Running, jogging, cycling, swimming, dancing, push ups, sit ups, squats, brisk walking and power walking all help for weight loss but dieting helps more.

You can always eat negative calorie foods for weight loss and below is a list of negative calorie foods that will boost your metabolism.

Negative Calorie Fruits:
apples
cranberries
grapefruit
lemons
mangoes
oranges
pineapple
raspberries
strawberries
tangerines

Negative Calorie Vegetables:
asparagus
beets
broccoli
cabbage (green)
carrots
cauliflower
celery
Chile peppers (hot)
cucumber
dandelions
endives
garden cress
garlic
green beans
lettuce
onions
papaya
radishes
spinach
turnips

These foods don't actually have negative calories but when you eat these foods raw or slightly cooked your body burns more calories digesting and processing them than what is in the food itself.

For a healthy weight loss add some of these foods to your diet each day. Most of them are full of healthy nutrients.

How do I check if my Reebok Shoes are original or not?

The first step to learn how to identify original Reebok shoes is to check the box they came in. It should have the Reebok logo on it which is a red and blue flag as well as the lettering with their official font. You will also be able to find a white sticker on the box, which should have all of the shoes' information, including size, style number and other characteristics of the shoe. The style number that we have just talked about in the previous step should also be the same as the one you'll find on the tongue label. It should be composed by one letter and five numbers. On the tongue, you'll also find a QR code too. A sticker with the same code number should also be found in the inside of your sneaker's sole. The tongue label should be properly sewn and shouldn't be a sticker. The sole of your Reebok shoes will also tell you if they are original or not. Go to an official retailer and compare your exact model with the one in the shop. If the soles are the same you can rest assured they are original.Another way to know if your Reebok trainers are original is to take a look at the top of the tongue. Originals with have the logo sewn on it. Take a look at the seams, as it should be properly sewn. If you notice they are sewn badly or are not tight, you probably have a fake. Now, take a look at the side part of your Reebok sneakers. Make sure that the logo is printed on it with the right font. You'll notice that the letters "e" are designed in a way that they don't completely close. Some Reebok models may also feature the flag of Great Britain.
