What does it mean when someone doesn't reply back to a nice comment you say to them?
If this is something said in person rather than social media, the person may not know what to say in return. Having someone compliment them face to face causes emotions that they cannot handle, so they cope by just saying nothing. The person could be very shy, anxious, or may have experienced bullying or verbal abuse. There are most definitely people who freeze because they do not know what to say.If done through social media, the above still is true, however, also, it could be a matter of forgetting to reply, or someone who only replies when necessary. Some people are very busy, and some just do not reply to this kind of message.You may have used wording that this person didn’t understand. Or socialization in the lives of some people would not allow them to respond to an open compliment, whether religious reasons or some unique reason.Of course, some people might think that a compliment was only meant as support for an idea or general condition, and just didn’t respond. You might have said, ‘I like how you think ‘, or such, and the person took it as something you would say that did not require a response. Some people may think you were teasing them. And some people just do not respond to praise. Others may think it is a ‘come on’ or that you are insincere.Think about the context of your compliment. If it was more of a general comment such as, ‘You were smart not to fall for that scheme’, people might think it was more of a compliment just ‘in passing’ and never even think of responding. Why does this guy say brb and never come back?
Maybe he plans to come back, but gets distracted and doesn't...many people don't take online conversations seriously and don't use the same courtesies they would when speaking to someone directly...it's not uncommon to be chatting with someone online and just have them leave without saying anything, but if you were talking in person or on the phone, the other person typically ends the conversation and says 'goodbye'...I've never had someone just walk away or hang up without giving indication our conversation was over... It's your choice to let his behavior annoy you or not...from now on, when he types 'brb' why not assume he may not return and so go about your business as if the conversation was over...if he does return and you're still available to chat, then chat...if not, oh well...
Do hate it when people say "Lol"?
this is funny. I hate when pepole say it and use it when texting. (i think okay. i hope they dont want me to reply to just "lol") but i have to admit that i sometimes say "OMG" when im talking. At least I know its stupid to say it and dont use it in my regular speech
Why is everyone around me so obsessed with weed?
So i used to love chilling and skateboarding with my mates. Now all they ever talk about it weed. They go on and on about how much they smoke, how high they get, how amazing it is. I've done it plenty of times and never felt anything, just felt forgetful. Everyone loves to boast about how cool they are because they smoked it. I find it annoying. I want to seperate myself from them but then i won't have anyone to hang with and i'll be a loner. It pisses me off so much. If people are gonna do it fine just don't talk about it 24/7 it's straight up boring. The worst thing is they all think they are some hard *** gangsters but they are just skinny white boys who bought some shitty weed with their mum's money. I just don't know what to do anymore. Lol

When a guy texts brb and never texts back?
okay for two times in a row i texted this guy he tolled me brb and never text back i found out the first reason because he got a new phone that day and today i texted him and he was like who are you and i said who i was and he said oh sorry i lost all my numbers in my phone cause i got a new one and then he texted back after that brb wtf and he still never replied back! i have some conclusion on why 1. is that its exam week and he starts exams tomorrow 2. okay this fat girl ask me if i like him and she likes him and she is jealous so she may have tolled him and he got freaked out and 3. idk. but we text many times before for the last week we texted over 3 hours till that girl came up to me and ask me if i liked him and that's when the drama stared. What do you think im sorry im so confused i hate drama and urg please help if you can i really need it thanks:)

Hey, I understand what you are going through, but if you can convey your feelings without sounding like a total ass about it, it might just work in your favor :)!If you are working on something important, just close the door to your office until you finish your task.I do that often at my workplace. I do open it once I finish my important tasks, so that if anyone has queries to run by me, they can just drop in. A closed door is not inviting, and often delays work processes if your office typically has an open door policy.I also used to leave a sticky note that went “In a meeting. Brb :)”Remember your coworkers socializing/talking, disturbing you is by far your problem, so remember to be polite about it.If you work in a cubicle or in an open space, smile and ask them if they can talk softly/ or if you can get back to them later (if they are talking to you).A real professional will respect your space and leave you alone when you need it.I hardly think people talk to look smarter alone. For the most part, humans are social creatures. And when you practically live with them 8 to 5.. well they are spending a large part of their day with you. It is natural to socialize/talk.
How come my friend never says good bye?
I totally understand ur problem, the same thing happens to me everyday at work, my friend is practically my hero, but he only rly says "sup" when we meet and and never ever says anything when i say bye. i kno he likes me, he talks to me alll the time and is noticable excited when he sees me i think its just a personal thing, maybe they hate saying goodbyes cause it might be the last time they see u, or they dont really want to part yet, or maybe its just how they were raised just do what i do, keep trying different things till something works, i alwayz have a big smile on my face and do something cliche like hold up a asian peace, or some random gangside followed by a gangsta monologe. Just dont take it personally, they probably dont say goodbye to anyone, and if its only u they do it too, u must be super special awesome to them just have fun and dont worry about it!!!
Why is Undertale hated?
I'll tell you why I hate the game. I actually really liked this game quite when I first played it. For some reason, it reminded me of my first time playing Earthbound and the English fan-translations of Mother 0 and 1. I never paid attention to the fanbase, as I think it's not a proper medium to utilize as a gauge of a game's quality.Now, the reason I hate the game (and it's not the game's fault)... My oldest daughter.Dear lord, my oldest daughter is so obsessed with this game. She tries to relate real life situations to it, constantly makes Undertale jokes and references (and more specifically, ones that no one gets unless they are familiar with the game and its dialogue), pretends she or other people are characters from the game, pretends her food is somehow related to the game, etc. I can't go near her for 5 minutes without hearing about Undertale. She draws Undertale pictures, watches annoying fan videos on youtube related to Undertale, and her mother put the Undertale soundtrack on my daughter's MP3 player (which was supposed to be primarily used for relaxation tapes for anxiety). Another thing that really annoys me is she mentions things from the game that out of context sound really bad in public settings. For instance, we're eating at a Korean restaurant and she starts talking loudly about doing a genocide route, or more specifically explaining why she doesn't do that since she's not allowed to (which got us a whole lot of weird looks from patrons of the restaurant). We constantly remind her that there are other things to life besides Undertale, but it continues. She went through similar phases with Zelda OoT, Minecraft, and FNaF, but never this badly. We've limited her video game time, and try to get her to do other things as a family, but she has no interest unless it involves Undertale.That is why I hate Undertale. :)Why do other people hate it? My assumption is the fanbase and some of the annoying fan videos.
