Does anyone else think the Rev. Jesse Jackson should "give it a rest"?

Jesse Jackson is a racial bigot.

Bigot defined: One who is strongly partial to one's own group, religion, race, or politics and is intolerant of those who differ.

His recent remarks about Dan Gilbert's reaction to the whole Lebron thing: (from yahoo sports)......

The Rev. Jesse Jackson had previously criticized Gilbert’s comments, saying they”personify a slave master mentality” and sounded like they were directed at a “runaway slave" .......says it all.

Dan Gilbert has every right to be pissed off at a muiti-million dollar investment walking away without so much as a "thank you". White OR black! If it was Anderson Varejao making this move, would you see Jesse Jackson reacting to it? HELL NO!

I am getting sick and tired about everything has to be tied to race with Jackson....it is people like Jesse Jackson that are keeping racism alive and thriving!!

If Lebron was traded to Miami because he was black and the owner didn't like black people, THEN Jesse Jackson would have some validity to his statement.

It is sad that some one who is supposed to be a "man of the cloth" makes a living and thrives on promoting "racial inequality", conjures up racial bigotry out of the simplest and mundane occurrences...and skews events out of proportion to make his "righteous self" look better and to make a couple bucks.

Jesse Jackson is the kind of person that could be sitting at a diner, order sunny-side up eggs and buttermilk bread toast, and then would go off on the waitress since this meal was "ment to keep a black man down". Like the eggs had a choice!

Does anyone else think this about the Olympics?

well cheer leaders are in the Olympics. their called the beach girls and they are at all beach volleyball games. They don't compete but the closest cheerleaders are getting to Olympics is if they switch over to rhythmic gymnastics.

plus to be an Olympic sport you have to:
1. have a petition you turn into the International Olympic Committee (IOC)
2. it has to be a popular sport ALL OVER THE WORLD
3. the committee has to take a vote with over half for it.
4. even if that happens you got to wait till 2016 at the nearest

Does anyone else think WWE is not using the potential that they have once and may still have?

He knows what hes doing. and is pulling in more tickets every year. Right now they are appealing to mexican american audiences and Tna to the brittish.

Does anyone else on here have a baby that grinds their teeth?

My daughter is now 8 and a half months old. She, in the last two weeks or so, has started grinding what little teeth she has. She got the bottom left (middle) first then her second tooth to come in was her top left I tooth, then the third tooth to come in was the bottom middle right, then the next tooth to come in was the top right I tooth. Then her two top middle teeth are starting to come through. I give her Orajel and I make sure she is comfortable with Motrin - I give her frozen teething rings, and I also bought one of those neat mesh holders that you can put fruit in, so babies can suck on the juice of a piece of fruit without swallowing the fruit. I have given her all these things and she STILL grinds her teeth. She is not that old and I am starting to notice that her bottom left tooth is wearing down a bit on the corner because she constantly grinds them. She only does this while awake, that I noticed. Also I try to distract her as much as possible but I can't always do that. PLEASE HELP! If anyone knows of a way to stop a baby from grinding, I am worried she will damage the baby teeth. I do understand that they are ONLY baby teeth, but at the same time, I don't want her to have short teeth because she has grind them down so low. I am very concerned about this. None of my other children were grinders until they were much older and a dentist could do something about it. I don't think that a dentist can give an 8 month old a plastic mouth piece. But I am very worried about her grinding. PLEASE if anyone has any suggestions, I am up for anything.

Does anyone else have strict parents besides me?! :(?

Hey , its me too same case from my mother ... Till i completed my school my mother did not allow me to watch TV and even i accepted, I did not enjoy at all even in my school days . And later i started going for office , I started watching TV but only 2 hrs allowed me to watch and later on controlled only for 1 hr. She made me go to bad fast around 9pm itself . I was like frustrated, annoyed from her. Now am 25 + still she is behind me when i watch TV or head phone is seen in my ear. STill i get very scared from her .

Sometime i feel i am controlled so she raised voice on me...... Even after married she will be behind me. Parents tell till your project, school, completed NO TV , but again they teell till married no TV , ENTERTAINMENT , and again MARRIED, they will surely tell RESPONSIBILITY is increased stop watching it..............!!!!!!!!!!!!

Why won't Sony give me a new PS3?

because what you are giving back to them isn't also brand new. you've already used it and in fact, you broke it. when you buy something, you already own it. it's not sony's responsibility anymore whatever happens to it or whatever you do with it. But since Sony is nice and they know that there is a chance that any PS3 might break either by defect or by misuse,so they offer to replace it with a working one for a period of 1 year. If you sell your working PS3 and then the buyer came back to you saying that it stopped working, would give his money back? No, because you believe it was working when you sold it and you would think that the buyer broke it. But Sony is nice. So be happy with whatever they offer back to you. ANd besides, nothing lasts forever. Esp when you use it everyday.

Maybe if you returned it unused, you could get a brand new one. But 5 months? Come on.

Refurb is a used console but factory restored to a brand new condition.
