Does Anyone Else With A Pot Belly Find It Will Not Go Away Despite You Not Eating Junk Food And

What causes a potbelly/beer belly?

What is the difference between a potbelly and a beer belly? Is a beer belly bigger than a potbelly??

Anyways, what causes a potbelly/beer belly?

How can I get rid of my potbelly/beer belly?

Also, my belly protrudes enough that my sister says that I look like a pregnant woman. It's also embarrassing walking around looking like that when I'm an 18 year old guy.

Thank you for your answers.

Why am I skinny but still have belly fat?

You are skinny fat. When someone is skinny fat, they appear thin when they have clothes on or when you look at them from a distance. However, when you see them with their clothes off and look at their body up close, they actually have more body fat than you thought.See this guy?He looks thin when he has clothes on, right? But look at his body up close when he has no shirt on:This is Margot Robbie with her clothes on. You would think she’s thin, right?Look at her body in bikini:Notice something about both individuals? Both look thin when they have clothes on but when they reveal their bodies and you look at them closely, both people actually have more fat than you thought. If someone is lean (meaning they have low fat percentage), you would be able to see their abs and their bodies wouldn’t jiggle a lot (especially their upper arms, thighs, and bellies). Most skinny fat people are the way they are because they don’t lift heavy weights or do any resistant training. Skinny fat people have low muscle mass. Their fat percentage is high compared to their muscle mass.Skinny fat people also tend to do excessive cardio and eat low calories.Cardio is not going to balance your muscle mass and fat percentage. Lifting does.

Puppy has distended belly -- HELP! Is this okay? Mini Schnauzer Puppy -- 9 weeks old?

Ok, what you are going to watch for besides the distended belly and the hardness is any sign that she has to vomit and cannot or if she starts to pace and or pant. General discomfort, like not being able to settle down or get comfortable. These are all signs of something called "bloat" or "torsion". Google these terms and see what to look for. This is a very serious condition and could kill your pup in less than an hour if she doesnot get medical attention. If you are concerned, I'd call the er vet locally and ask them what they think.
It could also be start of parvo, which is serious. It could also just be the changing of foods and indigestion. Keep a close eye on her as long as she has this belly condition. Could be worms too. Puppies have them all the time but your vet should have checked for that and dewormed by now. If not, take a stool sample in tomorrow. I wouldn't leave her alone this weekend. HOpe she's better very soon....good luck

EDIT, I just read the rest of your post....you are feeding too much food. My dog was small at 9 weeks and he only ate 1/3 cup the whole day. Now he's 15 lbs and only eats 1/3 cup 3 X's daily. Put a tennis ball in her bowl to slow her down too. That is good food to feed also.

Ok why do the african children have little pot-bellies when they get such little to eat?

It's a symptom of the protein starvation disease called kwarshiorkor. The belly swells although they have very little to eat. .

Do ANY women like fat guys? Pot belly/beer belly?

All three guys I've ever dated had some meat on their bones. My 1st bf wore a 3XL tshirt & the 3rd wore a 2XL....2nd was somewhere in between or a little smaller. I actually PREFER that to skinny guys. It all depends on the personality too.....not just looks. They had good personalities so weight didn't bother me at all...it was NEVER a factor.

My friend's husband wears a 4XL....doesn't bother her one bit either.
