Does Anyone Has Experience With One Source Talent . Share You

Please share your experiences with CESD or Osbrink Talent Agencies (this will be my daughter's first agency).?

What's difference between a gift and a talent?

A gift and a talent can be one in the same.

The principle of the story of the talents is what you do with what God gives you.

If one have a gift and don't exercise that gift you CAN lose it. if you have a talent and don't exercise good judgment in using that talent, you CAN lose it. God want us to make the BEST of what he give to us.

The same principal apply to both/ use it or lose it!

I hope this helps

Does anyone agree with me that Britney Spears sucks?

She’s a talentless waste of space in the music industry, she’s a joke if someone thinks her so call talent is there then they clearly need their heads testing. Let me share some reasons why she sucks............

Looks:
Oh where do i begin...ok she has ugly eyes that are as far apart as Ottawa and New York, she has absolutely no lips, her teeth are fake and are as big as the horizon, her nose looks like a toucan’s even though she’s had countless surgeries on it, her skin is horrible. I’ve seen better softness on a greasy pizza.

Body:
She has taken too many steroids, her boobs are flat from where the doctor removes her implants, her butt is fake which is very obvious, her legs look like she used them to fill in for the Hulk, she has no curvature, no hips. I think it’s time for a new surgery.

Personality:
I actually love her personality...NOT. She's the fakest person i’ve seen in years, her facial expressions are ridiculous and unnecessary, which is one reason why she’ll never be taken seriously and will always be in Christina’s adult shadow, she's dumb, she can’t give interviews and looks stupid when she tries to answer as if she had a few brain cells.

Talent:
She and talent shouldn't be in the same sentence, the girl can’t sing for diddly squat, her voice is annoying, she sings with a funny sounding voice that's completely different than her talking voice which only proves it’s a bunch of irritating noises and not singing.

That's all, what's your opinion about her??

How can I take advantage of the huge source of talent on Quora for personal development?

I agree with the existing answers. However I would like to add below.1) Bookmarks your favorite Q&A. There are few posts which are so much rich in information, knowledge and personal experiences that you have to read thru them again and again to truly understand them may be going thru them periodically. I personally do this as I don't relay on my mind to not to lose track of the "right way".2) Spread the word or Pass it on. When ever you read an interesting really interesting answer or post. Upvote it, share it with someone, may be discuss it with your partner.  Now you might ask what am i going to get out of sharing it and how my personal development is gonna happen. But when you help someone get something in a non liner way you are helping yourself. 3)Answer questions and contribute your personal view point  This is on the same line as that of the point 2. But in addition to spreading the knowledge what you are achieving  here is documenting your own understanding and what you have gained on Quora, your personal life experiences. There is a huge difference is reading thru 1000 page book and writing in 5 lines about the same. This will reiterate the book in your mind and convert into a format that is much more helpful and valuable to you and 1000 others. This is according to me understanding fairly practical tool for self development. 4) Last but not the least follow Great writers on Quora. There have so many posts about quora about this. Below is the good summery answer Which Quora user should I follow on Quora? Why?P.S  Do "Practice" what you learn thru various posts.

Is talent or money ruling the world?

Talent and money are not a measure of one's worth.Nor are they a measure of how one enjoy's the world.Worth theoretically should be based on an individuals contribution to society based on their abilities.Society's acceptance of an individuals contribution should not only be based off of talent, but also off of want and happiness.A person who is a genius at astrophysics but wants to be a ballerina, should be allowed to be a shitty ballerina. Money is societies way of keeping track. Unfortunately it doesn't keep track of a lot of things, and it does not reset. It doesn't account for overflow. Money is best measure we have for an individuals contribution to society. If someone has money, that means that someone paid them money. That means that on some level someone else was willing to give them credit or virutal worth. But it is very disjointed. It also does not measure negative factors. Let's say you have a genius. He is also fairly mean, egotistical, and get's his kicks out of putting others down.If he can make 1 million dollars off of one minute of work, and then sit on his butt for the rest of the year, is that a good measure of a contribution? This person then has more time to annoy other contributors, and get a sense of personal worth off of this. There is no negative feedback. There needs to be.It also does not take into account hard workers. People that sweat blood and tear for us and our society should be given a high chair. They should be congratulated and uplifted. Instead they are looked down on because of their lack of money. That is not how this system works. We work together whether we like to admit it or not.
