Has anyone else noticed this guy on Seinfeld?
I have noticed this guy in several episodes of Seinfeld. I have only seen him actually speak once, but he is in the background in quite a few episodes, almost seems to be an "extra" type of character. He has red hair with some grey streaks. Looks to be in his late 50s or early 60s. As I said, he is usually sitting in the background, or walking through a scene behind the main characters. I am sure I have seen him in at least 8 or 10 episodes. The two examples I remember for sure are: In the episode where Jerry, Newman and Kramer have entrusted an accountant with some money. They begin to think the accountant is a cocaine addict, so they set up a sting. Kramer follows the accountant into a bar. This red-haired character is sitting at the bar opposite Kramer. The episode where the guy actually speaks is when Kramer is giving his Peterman Reality Tour in an old school bus, and this guy is sitting behind Kramer and wants someone else's snack.

If you didn't know whether or not a woman was married, would you call her "Ms."?
As an Elder, I would rather be addressed as "Ms. Doe" than to have the "Dear" Jane/Jane Doe personalization. "Ms" was adopted long ago just so a respectful title could be applied without a bearing on marital status... a tenet of the Equal Rights Movement for Women started in the 60's. Generally, "Miss" and "Mrs" would be used if appropriate and known as accurate. The more formal addresses make no superficial assumption of intimacy and seems more respectful of a limited association. To me, that is more polite.

What is the best business idea to start in Pune with a low investment?
I'm telling you buddy, I've just started taking morning jogs around the city and the number of people taking morning walks is STAGGERING! If you could somehow start a chain of juice centres all around Pune, and place them strategically in such ' walking places' you'd be counting money before you could say "juice bar!"You just have to take care of a few things1) the juice needs to be ultra healthy and really bitter. (people in Pune have a misconception that bitter is better for health)2) hygiene -this one is a must. If your vendors don't have plastic glows and hair caps, people will literally ignore you.3) price needs to be reasonable. ₹10-20 per glass is good enough.Lastly, keep a BMI machine or a weighing machine and some chairs and newspapers and you're pretty much set!All the best! :)
