Has anyone noticed that Kylie Jenner and Rob Kardashian are always together?
Watching the KUWK marathon on E! and was trying to figure out who the girl was sitting all over Rob's lap at the Carousel restaurant in the 2011 episode where Kim tries to get over her shyness of dancing. Kylie had her arms around his neck the whole time at dinner table...then in the 2011 Bora Bora episode she is laying her head on his lap and hugging him like a girlfriend at the airport...and when they landed in Bora Bora they are all over each other like honeymooners posing for pics...I certainly do not know ANYONE who was like that with their brother growing up...maybe it's the start of a "Marsha & Greg/Brady Bunch" thing going on. Kylie has a major crush on him and my intuition bells say something is off...something is up and no one in family seems to notice since she is only 13. So then I had to google and she what others thought...

I'm on the same page you are. But for the lighting, stand in front of a window with clarity and use the app KitCam it lets you adjust the brightness as you are taking the picture. And for the white and different color backgrounds she uses Squaready. That I know she uses PhotoForge 2, VSCO Cam, Squaready and KitCam. You can also try PhotoWonder (the free version) it's actually better than the one you pay for, this app allows you to take away any pimples and basically "beautify" yourself, it also has nice filters. You can also use Magic Eye Color Effect you can make "contacts" for your eyes and make your eyes pop. Pixlr Express+ Which you can use the streaks but this one isn't the one Kylie uses :/ and also PicFX and lastly for collages she also uses Diptic. Good Luck!
