Does anyone know of any jobs that may hire people while they are on house arrest?
I'm eligible to leave my home for work. I just have to make a schedule with the days and hours and I am free to leave my home. So I considered telemarketing jobs but since I'm on HOUSE arrest it'd be nice to leave my home often. But in the end it will come down to taking what I can get!

Not personally, but I get emails from Job Search | Indeed every day with a couple dozen job listings. Registering is free. You tell them what kind of job you want and they send them to you. There are plenty of other sites like it. I mentioned indeed by next because they led me to my new job last month.

Try a call center. Many are open 24 hours and pay well above minimum wage.

I am 21 and still a fresher in India. Why isn't anyone hiring me?
Ok first thing is to stop thinking that you're a fresher. I'm a masters student too and I can understand your dilemma. There can be a number of reasons to your problem, probably the employer didn't find you interesting enough or maybe you need to brush up your communication skills, reasons can be plenty but it's always you who controls the outcomeHere are a few things you should do Be strong in what you've done, you're a masters student and expectations are higher. Know what you've studied thoroughly Try and meet up some people who have experience in hiring, they may tell you what they look for in potential candidates Are you low on confidence? , try and get it up, it changes everything in the interview roomThere are plenty of jobs for you our there, remember, there's always some struggle Try and get some referrals for jobs, through a friend or a teacher, they mean more opportunities for jobs. Look for jobs that are more specific and requires specialization, this gives you a better chance as a masters student. All the best!!!

What jobs in Houston will hire anybody?
There is no simple answer to that. Walmart will hire most anyone unless you have a criminal record. In fact, a criminal record will inhibit most jobs. If you are trying to get employed with those credentials you will probably be looking at a mechanical job with Brack Check or some other labor position where you don't have customer contact.If a criminal record is not an issue, then Target, Kroger, Walgreens, McDonald's, Burger King, Jack-in-the-Box and Whataburger would be good places to start. Just about any fast food or retail store will hire with a bare minimum of qualifications. However these will all need a SSN and an ID. If you lack those, you can try individually owned dollar stores, taquerias, landscaping and laundromats.
