Does it cost money to have you fake nails removed at the nail salon?
At my salon they charge $7 to soak them off. If you take them off yourself make sure they are old so it will be easier. Take Fingernail clippers and clip the tips off. Then take like the thin types of nail filers and work your way into sliding the under your nails to seperate them from your real nail and fake nail. It will take time and it might hurt And your nail might get damaged
Is it legal for me to nail some of the windows shut in a home i own?
If you own the home, you can do whatever you want with it. I never thought about nailing it closed but, they could just smash it in or they will go to another window. You might want to look into bars on some of your windows, just the ones at the back of the house. Aside from that, is medication all that was stolen? It sounds odd. If so, how did the burglar know you had the medication they wanted? Why didn't they take jewelry and other valuables? It could be someone you know. Any ideas? As a measure to try and get it to stop, hide your medication in another room. Hide it well so, if they come again, they won't find it and maybe they won't break in again. Also, put a sign up where it was so they will find the sign. It should say "Not taking any medication anymore. Ha. Ha.". They will go looking for another source.
Does anyone have tips for trimming my dogs nails?
I have a husky, and have to agree they are stubborn! lol. When I groom my husky, koda, I will touch and mess with his ears, paws, and look at his teeth. Do this often so she will get used to being handled and eventually will become comfortable with being handled. Also, let her smell the clippers. Try playing fetch, or go jogging with her to kill energy beforehand. Lol, i can place kibble by my husky's head and he will lay and eat while I groom him. Hope I helped! :)

Of course, drink alot of calcium to make the nail stronger, grow it out, sharpen it, it actually does damage, though I doubt you would easily slit a throat with it, however stabbing would be much more effective.

Ummm technically it is, because you're not getting any tax taken out of your income and such, but it's not a big deal. Hell, baby sitting is illegal too if you don't work for an actual baby sitting company. I would be careful though. If you use tools to clean people's cuticles and re-use emeryboards and don't properly disinfect them, you could spread infections. What will really suck is if the person you worked on decides to sue you. It's an extreme case, but I thought I'd just let you know it COULD happen.
