I want to buy an abandoned house but I don’t know how to go about it. It is a detached VERY run down house in the mountains that doesn’t have an address or much information online. How would I buy this house? I don’t think the owners are alive anymore by the way

Receiving mail for a person who doesn't live at my houose anymore.?
I constantly get mail for a person who doesn't live in the house, that I moved in 6months ago. Some of that mail is obviously junk, but some of it looks important. I waited for a while, I thought she will make an effort to forward her email to her new place, but she didn't. I have no idea what's her actual address and how to reach her. What should I do? Any USPS clerks around this forum? Thanks!
