Does Anyone Know Where To Get An Off-vocal Of Life Prolonging Treatment

What is permanent vocal damage and how can I know if I have it?

It's very hard to sustain permanent vdamage to your voice today with the therapies & surgeries available. You'll also experience plenty of signs along the way. In most scenarios, your voice is as good to you as you are to it. Your voice is comprised of several different body parts. If you mess with one of these components, you throw the entire voice out of whack. Symptoms depend on how you're misusing that structure, & where the  route  problem is.      Common problems that could cause permanent damage if left unchecked are vocal gnodgles, (calluses on the vocal folds caused by talking loudly or belting out songs,) Laryngitis (damage to your Larynx or voice box, which is caused by the same behaviors or viral infections,) & vocal pollops, (soft sores that are caused by inhaling irritants). Other problems include tumors that require that part of your voice box be removed,  himmeraging of the vocal folds, , & ulsers on the vocal structure. However, these problems are harder to control. The take away lesson is, take care of yourself before permanent damage can occur. You should never lose your voice, or feel vocal fatigue after singing or speaking. If you experience a loss of range while singing, you may have a problem. Hoarseness should be met with rest. Take care of any medical problems you may have as quickly as you can, stay well hydrated, & don't smoke anything! Finally, go to an ear, nose, & throat Dr. if you suspect anything is wrong. They can examine you properly, & determine a course of treatment.

Who is allowed to pronounce a person dead?

When I was in EMT training they said the coroner had to declare somebody legally dead. But they were speaking about a body found on the street. Obviously a Doctor at the hospital where you take a patient can pronounce a patient dead as well. You wouldn't declare somebody dead in transit even if you knew they were but would continue trying to revive them and let the Doctor make the determination. The hospital can revive people where an ambulance crew might not be able to so you wouldn't declare them dead enroute.

Like the other guy said, EMT's and Paramedics can tell if someone is dead. But the guy is wrong when he says they cannot pronounce someone as being dead. They do so at times. There are horrible "horrific" accidents where it is obvious where somebody is dead. There are also signs of post mortem lividity and fully dilated pupils and rigor mortis.

If there is any chance of life the patient is rushed to the hospital. But in cases of obvious death a paramedic or EMT can say that somebody is dead then the coroner would be called. The coroner makes the final legal determination. The coroner is very busy and can't rush to every scene in a matter of minutes. So if you were sure somebody was dead you would call in with your findings before taking other action.

If somebody is beyond help there is no reason to treat. But with lawsuits so common I am sure that paramedics, police, and firemen are very careful about who they start to treat and would rarely cease treatment or other life saving techniques before they got to the hospital.

How do I become a good singer if I have no natural talent for it?

Thanks Srishti Yadav for the A2A.I am not really a singer but I understand music a little and will try my best to answer this question.First of all you need to understand when you sing, what is right and what is wrong. To be able to identify if you are singing the right notes or not is the most important thing to begin with. And for that you will need someone to at least guide you a little. Singing classes might be a good option.Secondly, practicing without an instrument is waste. There is a reason why people use Harmonium or Keyboard while taking lessons. So you need that, but I understand that it's not easy to learn an instrument too. So we have few options: We have a lot of mobile apps for this purpose only. https://play.google.com/store/ap... https://play.google.com/store/ap...You can sing along with it. Tabla helps you stay in beat and Tanpura helps you stay in scale. So Tanpura will play notes 1-5-1. You should read music theory to understand how this actually works.I won't write in detail about music theory since it is a huge topic in itself.Thirdly, you should understand that everybody has a comfortable scale/octave at which he/she sings best. You should find that scale and practice all the songs you like at that scale only. For example: Late Jagjit Singh was best at lower notes and singing ghazals at low scales. Rahat Fateh Ali Khan does justice to songs at higher scales. And Arijit Singh sings best in medium octave. You should find octave suitable to you.Fourthly, don't hesitate. That's the most important thing which doesn't allow people to improve. You will listen a lot of comments about your singing but then you will improve and people will shut up and then they will comment again but for good. And lastly, have faith and keep practice. Nothing is impossible. Even if few things are, singing is not one of them. It is a skill and can be learned. If you want, you can send your recordings to me, and I will give my honest feedback to help you proceed in the right direction. PM if you need any help :)Hope this helps to an extent too!

Do you believe that a cockroaches(or any other animals)life is equally as important as a human beings?

all life is equal, there is no difference between the life of a cockroach, a cow, man or tree. it is only ignorance that prevents us from knowing this. to belittle a lifeform because it carries desiese is foolish, how many dieases do humans carry and spread around. to say an animal has no soul how can you prove this, how can you prove that you have a soul? god (as refered to in the bible ) created all the animals that walk and slither and creepeth upon the earth FROM HIS OWN DIVINE WILL whereas he created men as an afterthought, when he realised that he could do with somthing to work the fields (why god needed fields i have no idea) and he knocked us up out of clay, so you tell me who is more in the eyes of the lord (divine will?/bit of clay?)
How can man consider himself as intelligent when he has trouble interacting with his closest relatives? when he has brought his very planet which he needs to survive to the brink of destruction?no we as humans need to regain a sense of responsibility before we can claim to be as important as any other creature that walks this life.

Why does classically trained singers always seem to hate against R&B/Soul/Pop singers?

@Valkyrie

You're an idiot! period!

There are actually very talented r&b, soul and pop singers out there who has proven that it is more than just about the 'looks'. Hell out of here! I think I can see where Music is coming from, because you just said exactly what he's talking about classical singers. Classically proven!!!. So what if you've had years of training? A r&b singer could sing classical, but maybe not for extensive periods since it involves trained vocals without a microphone like you said. if they are trained they could! And even then they can still sing classical! Can you sing r&b and pop????????????? ''You also said that a classically trained singer wouldn't sound good in pop or R&B and that's true.'' Jealousy??? so just because you can't sing them it gives you the right to prove musics point. POW POW!!!

All those people you mentioned CAN sing! You see?! Diss is wat Music is talking about you classical people!!! HELL OUT OF HERE!!! You are all like that for sure!!! Get over yourself!!!! Emerald spoke it as it is and you could have done the same! Maaaaaannn! Music, you were right about these people, mate!

And the guy didn't say anything about Katherine being opera. Read again!

Basically, classical singers hate them because *classically trained singer wouldn't sound good in pop or R&B* Valkyrie said so! There you got your answer!
