I have social anxiety so I’d like to start by overcoming by making friends online and then overtime once I’m more comfortable to speak to people in real life, I’ll do that afterwards. I never hear anyone in game chat so I’m not sure how it’s possibly

I am gonna tell you a little story.I had been playing this game called War Thunder for about a month and had been enjoying it. At the time only PS4 players and PC players could play together on it but PS4 players would stick out with a *(asterisk) in front of their PSN name (ex *Mike123). I would be deliberately killed or harassed by some PC players who thought that they were better. They have clans but they are called Squadrons where people can join. I searched for a PS4 squadron since might as well stick together. I didn’t think much of it. One night I was bored and asked those in the Squadron if anyone wanted to play. A person who I am gonna call Patches said he would be willing to. That night, we played for 3 to 4 hours of tanks and planes in War Thunder. He had to get off and I decided to send him a friend request. Four years later, we are still friends, although he has taken a step back from video games for school and a personal life but he was truly my first ever best friend that I have ever made. if THATS your friends justification for not buying a ps4 then you should point and laugh. sony has a pretty legendary track record with quality of its products. there have been instances were both the ps2 (disc read error) and ps3 (ylod) have broken down, but most of the older models run perfectly fine. and neither of these problems are as bad as xbox 360's red ring fiasco-- not by a long shot. possibly millions of people around the world have bought more than one xbox because their first console broke down. xbox 360 breaks down A LOT more than ps3 does. what would make your friend think that the ps4 would break down before the xbox one? im pretty darn sure both the xbox one and ps4 are going to function perfectly fine at launch. launch systems are always a little buggy, but my guess is that neither system is going to have any catastrophic bugs. aside from that, you should remind your buddy that the ps4 is a hundred dollars cheaper. it doesnt need to have the camera on or check in with the internet every 24 hours. oh, and btw, you cant actually barrow games on xbox one or loan them to friends for more than 30 days. and you can only let them borrow it once. with the ps4 you can trade and borrow games from each other all you want, just like you guys do on 360 now. cross game chat is also coming to ps so that you guys can talk online all day even if you guys arent playing the same game. ps4 is really improving its online scene. i think the least your buddy should do is do a little more research and see what hes happy with. happy gaming guys.

It's not that late tbh. It really doesn't take that long to rank up, and money is made fairly easy too. There is often double rp and money events on various game modes so this helps, as well as getting in on the vip work. You can't own stores though. Your friend may be meaning businesses, these are great ways to earn big, but you don't need to own all. As to rank, you unlock everything at rank 120. After that, it's just a number.
