Does California Allow A Person Who Has Declared Themselves Fully Disabled To Still Drive

Can you buy a car without a driver's license? If so, how?

You do not need a license to buy or register an automobile. You need a license to DRIVE an automobile. Millions of cars are owned by corporations or other types of legal non-human entities. They are purchased in the company name, registered in the company name and insured in the company name. The insurance company will usually want to know who is the primary driver which helps them figure out the premium. 16 year old male drivers cost more to insure than 36 year old male drivers assuming a clean driving record.Ownership is not a license to drive the car. Any person or entity can purchase and register an automobile but only a licensed person can legally drive the automobile. The automobile dealer will be happy to sell a car to anyone or any legal entity and the motor vehicle department will be happy to register the car provided you supply them with the items they require such as a bill of sale and proof of insurance.

Is it legal to drive at 80 mph if everyone is driving at that same speed, even though the posted speed limit is 65 mph?

It isn’t legal to drive over the speed limit, but if everybody is going 80 mph, you only get a ticket if you’re the one caught, and the officer can only pull over the one at the back of the line. Make sure there’s somebody else behind you going the same speed and you’ll be good. Call that car your friend, the ticket insurance policy. Unless that car behind you is a police car.If there is a police car behind you and it’s light are not flashing, ease off the accelerator, but do not brake. This will discreetly slow you down. If a bunch of other people are noticeably going faster than you before he clocks your speed, he will pass you to track somebody else.If the car behind you is a police car with its lights flashing, pull over when it is safe to do so. Believe it or not, if you are in the left lane on the freeway, they prefer that you pull over to the left shoulder, since this allows them to approach the driver’s side of your car more safely. The officer will ask you how fast you were going. Tell him you were going about the same speed as everybody else. This will lead to a conversation. The bottom line is, if you were going a safe speed (about the same as the other cars you were with) you shouldn’t get a ticket. No matter what happens, be polite. If the officer gives you a ticket, you can go to court to defend your position. They usually pull over a car that is going noticeably faster than everybody else, and in this case you will get a ticket and you should just pay the fine, but sometimes an officer will pull a car out of a group of cars that are all going 80 because he has to meet a quota or something, or maybe he’s hoping the driver will pay the fine without challenging the ticket.

Is it against the law to disable a GPS tracking device from your car?

Well I guess it depends on the reason why the GPS tracking device was installed in the first place. If it was installed due to a court order or because it is a company car that is supposed to be under surveillance, it will be against the law to remove it.Removing a GPS tracking device from your own vehicle is by no means illegal. It is within your right to remove built-in or otherwise GPS trackers.Fleet businesses are allowed to install tracking devices on their vehicles as long as they inform the driver, disabling the tracking device would be a breach of your agreement with the company and it's considered a crime.Removing a GPS tracking device from a fleet or company vehicle however could cost you your job or leave you susceptible to possible lawsuits. So I’d think twice about removing a GPS tracking device from a vehicle that I do not own myself.

How does getting a parking ticket affect your driving record and your insurance premiums?

Most of the times, it is only Driving Violations like speeding, tailgating, wreck less operation, DUI or DWI and rash of accidents that are your fault that really effect your insurance.  Exceptions might be due how hard it is or it is not to get a parking space and the amount and or frequency of your tickets. Usually, even with those that are newly insured, they have no rise policy for those that experience an accident now and then.  If your parking tickets are now and then and you have a generally good relationship with your agent, parking tickets would not be detrimental.

Can I get a driving licences in UK or the US if I am color blind?

Colour blindness is certainly not an obstacle to obtaining a driving licence in the UK. This is just as well as up to 10% of men are afflicted with some degree of colour blindness.I have impaired colour vision and the only eyesight test I was required to perform when I took my driving test was to read a car licence plate at a distance of approximately twenty meters. Colour response is not considered relevant or important. My grandfather could not see the colour red and I have a vivid recollection of him jumping a red light when I was in his car as a child. This was not because he did not recognise the signal though, he just ignored it because he thought he was in a filter lane.My deficiency is limited to certain specific shades of the colour green, and unfortunately it corresponds to the precise shade of green used in traffic signals. I see this colour as grey, so a green traffic signal appears to me as silvery-grey light. However I have no problem at all with red, so the three colours red, amber and green do look completely different even though the green is somewhat neutral. It is extremely rare for anyone to be so colour blind that they see the world in monochrome. Even then, traffic signals would still be reasonably easy to interpret as the red light is always at the top.
