Does Coffee Mate Hazelnut Creamer Have Nuts In It

Does coffee mate hazelnut creamer have nuts in it?

Yes, according to their official website it does list that. In the ingredients for the Hazelnut Creamer Flavor, "natural" flavoring is mentioned. This would imply the natural flavor comes from hazelnuts. I would suggest not consuming this product. If you have a nut allergy, it it better to be safe than sorry. Hope this helps.

What is the best coffee creamer for a person with type 2 diabetes?

Type 1, Type 2, and all humans in general… fake sugar and carbs at the levels 99% of all humans intake is TOO high :)I think every single coffee creamer on the market is horrible for you, except this one: Organic Valley half and half … Why? That one only has 4 ingredients and nothing fake in it.If you want coffee, don’t put fake stuff in it to cover the taste. Find a coffee you like without adding crap to it.I don’t drink much coffee, but when I do… its whole foods coffee and some Organic Valley —— yeah… it taste good :) I get the hazel nut one.anyway, your questions concerns me :) JUST LOOK at all ingredients you eat and don’t look at the marketing on the products… EVERY label lies, but ingredients do not.
