How many returns are needed to file under GST?

Having been introduced in India, GST (Goods and Services Tax) has completely altered the concept of previous Indirect Tax and in order to eliminate bribery, Tax evasion, and other corruptions from country. Things have been redefined, procedures have been reset and now everything has become online, transparent and easy.In GST Regime, every regular taxpayer is required to file three Returns on monthly basis and one yearly return in total. Now, let us know the different kinds of GST Returns, who should file it and their purpose and different due dates.1. GSTR – 1: This Return should be filed every month relating to Outward Supplies by every registered taxable Supplier; and its due date is 10th of the next month.2. GSTR – 2: This Return should be filed every month relating to Inward Supplies by every registered taxable Recipient; and its due date is 15th of the next month.3. GSTR – 3: This Return should be filed every month by every taxpayer furnishing the summarized details of sales, purchases, sales during the month along with the amount of GST liability; and its due date is 20th of the next month.4. GSTR – 9: This Return should be filed annually relating to details of ITC availed and the GST paid by every registered taxpayer; and its due date is 31st December of the next Financial Year.GST Registration is based State wise. Thus for example, if you have five branches in a state itself, then only one Registration will be given and the turnover of all the branches will be clubbed in a single Return only. And, you need to file 3 GST Returns /month and 1 GST Return/year. That means total 36+1=37 Returns in a year. But, if you have five branches in different States then you will have to get a separate Registration for each State and therefore you need to file 36+1=37 Returns for every State. That means 5 states X 3 monthly Returns = 15 Returns/months and 15 X 12 = 180 + 5 GSTR 9 for each state = 185 Returns in a year. For more information please visit: www.hostbooks.com.in/ and for an instant expert support for GST Registration and filing GST Returns feel free to contact us @ 9152343434 .Hope you found it helpful!

Why do Nairs and Ezhavas hate each other so much?

When Namboothiri supremacy rose in Kerala, nairs become their servants by every means. They betrayed their brotherly people by entering into illicit relationship with Namboothiris. They committed full surrender to Namboothiri community. They were molested by Namboothiris for centuries. But nairs gained wealth and got entitled as SHOODRAS.Ezhvars and Thiyyars are people with character and pride. They did not accepted Namboothiri supremacy and stood in their own stand. The ruling Kings also fall under the priest hood of Namboothiris. So Ezhavars were treated as Rebels and many of their social status, rights and powers were seized. They lost their wealth, governing powers and even social status.Namboothiri historians intentionally stopped Ezhavar/Thiyyar real history from being written. Nairs, in every way tried to defame and destroy the heritage of Ezhavars. This is a fact where both Ezhavars and nairs are aware of. So no Ezhavar at any cause accept nairs. Nairs still are in the hangover of their illicit relationsip with Namboothiris. They also do not want Ezhavars to get into their lost glory.Thats All.
