Does Customer Care Ever Pick Up The Phone

What does great customer service mean to you?

It means a lot of things. It means you can call on the phone and get to talk to a human being without much hassle. The person you talk to should be able to answer your questions (reasonable questions) and help you with whatever it was you called about. The company is responsible about its products, so if there's a problem they want to get it resolved just as much as you do.

I'll give you a positive and negative example.

Years ago I bought a refurbished Canon scanner on EBay. The second time I used it, it 'locked up'. I called Canon's customers service number in Southern California. I explained the problem to the lady who answered the phone, and she said 'Wait, I'll transfer you to customer service.' The customer service lady picked up right away, and I thought I'd have to explain the problem again but she said 'No, Sir, it's on a computer screen right in front of me.' She said she'd send me a new scanner, I'd put the old one in the box and send it back. The whole conversation took less than 10 minutes. And the new scanner was the next newer model! A few weeks later I was in the market for a digital camera, and I bought a Canon, confident that if anything went wrong with it, they'd take good care of me. (Best camera I ever had, by the way.)

About that same time I bought an Acer computer at their 'outlet' store in San Jose. Part of the reason I chose them was that they had a good reputation for customer service. After a few months the monitor died. I called Acer five or six times, and each time I was told 'someone will get back to you', or that the warranty didn't cover the monitor (wrong) or that the guy who did monitors wasn't there. I was told to bring it in to Acer's facility (local) but when I got there they couldn't receive it, and couldn't imagine who told me that. I was given a number to call to get an RMA but the person at that number didn't know what I was talking about. Half the people I spoke to seemed to have the attitude that I was just making trouble for them and I should just go away. Finally I spoke to a guy who knew what to do--send me a new one, I'd send the old one back in the same box. He apologized 'We're training some new people'. They did replace it in the end but what a hassle! 8^O

Why does Zoho have zero real customer service? All phone lines go to a queue that does not ever pick up (I waited 5 hours), and there is no reply to emails either.

Why is jio customer care number not working?

They will pick your call but after a long que… that is the thing which need to be improve in jio…Let me tell you why they are not responding properly:-First of all jio dont have numbers of call center also it had limited staffs.Second as its an 4G service, many of the people even well educated dont have the proper knowledge of operating, trouble shooting and falut rectification of a smart phone or 4G sim ,so these reasons are exceeding the number of calls to care centers.Third as jio is updating its 1800 band installation work( A new path to move signals due to over crowded and low quality signal strength of old paths), we do accpeting that this work is impacting our network, which leads customers to think there is definately any problem in only their phone and they should call care center to resolve it.Fourth most of the people are confused about the jio subscription planes this thoughts force them to call customer care countless times.So sum up all of them,every individual customer is calling jio care center in mean time, this is what making the jio care service worse.Lets talk about the solutions, many of us dont even know that the any of customer cares are provides to us only for default problems or any serious problems but due to lack of awareness and bunches of uneducated people and some kind of persons who dont want to solve their problem by own, call the care center and backstep to those customers who really deserve support of care centers.In the conclusions, i would suggest you not to call the care center unless you haven't tried other available options like read errors properly, google the problem or ask to any technical person. I am quite sure this will help you in better way and gIves you chance to learn something new.

Rant your woes on dell twitter account on a daily basis. Use hashtags which would resonate with people issues who use dell products and the reputation management team might take you seriously as this might impact the brand value.The process is slow , but atleast other people will know how horrible the customer service is from Dell and they might actually take customers seriously.Cheers!
