Does Drinking Raw Milk Makes People More Beautiful

Drinking pasteurized milk vs raw milk?

Drinking raw milk is an unnecessary risk because the milk can be contaminated with harmful bacteria that can make you seriously ill. These harmful bacteria come from cross contamination from various sources (e.g., equipment, environment, humans, sick animals). Remember the milk from various animals are mixed together, so contaminated milk from a sick animal can be mixed with clean milk.

So, yes, raw milk, provided it is clean, is healthier than pasteurized milk, but you are playing with a loaded gun each time you consume raw milk because of the higher risk of contamination. So unless you have your own cow in your backyard and you practise meticulous cleanliness during and after milking, you should avoid raw milk.

Research by FDA and CDC have shown that pasteurized milk is only marginally less nutritious than raw milk. It is a myth that pasteurization destroys loads of nutrients. See the source below.

Does drinking goats milk make you stink?

I hate to even ask this but I was wanting to get some dairy goats for milk and I recently heard drinking goats milk can give you a weird body odor, different that a diet with cows milk. Someone told me they had recently been around a group of people in another country and they had a particularly potent and weird body odor that came from drinking goats milk and eating goat cheese. I Doubt this is true, and the smell is probebly from being around the billy goats rather than from drinking milk. However, if you have had this experience drinking goats milk and developed a new and strange B.O,,or heard of this PLEASE let me know.

Is it ok to drink raw eggs and milk to gain weight?

I was thinking of bulking up a bit....not loads just filling out a bit I here that people often drink raw eggs and milk as a typical weight gaining method. I can't really afford the power shakes at the moment so I was thinking of using the raw eggs approach.

I also do have started working out again, but as I'm fairly skinny, I can't really progress

My question is it safe? and how fast are the results?

Will i ever be able to drink milk again?

Lactaid pills work better or worse depending on the person. I know some who can eat whatever they want as long as they have a Lactaid pill. Personally, my husband is lactose intolerant and he has to take a ton of the pills before, during and after eating anything with lactose and it never works completely for him. On the other hand, a friend of mine's son is lactose intolerant and the pills totally eradicate the symptoms for him. Either way, you should absolutely try Lactaid. There's also something called Lactaid milk, which you'll be able to drink and is pretty similar to milk. Goats milk is also okay for the lactose intolerant, but I really wouldn't recommend it.
