Does Getting A C In A And P 1 Will Affect When I Apply To Pa School.

Should I even consider a medical school application (towards literally anywhere) when I have a few F's on my transcript?

Retake the classes and apply to med school.  I got accepted to a US MD school with 3 Fs, a D, and more Cs than I can remember on my transcripts.  I even failed astronomy lab, which still embarrasses me--how hard is it to go stargazing?  What really got me into med school was a long history of full time volunteer work, a pretty good MCAT, and a 4.0 in a self-constructed postbac at my local state school.  I got the one MD acceptance which I took, and a bunch of DO acceptances and interview invites that I declined.  If you apply to DO schools, AACOMAS lets you use grade replacement to erase bad grades if you retake the class.  This will be by far the easiest way to improve your GPA.  A few DO schools have a DO/MPH dual degree program if you want that for a public health career.

How good is UAG medical school?

I would not go there. I am a 2005 graduate. Unlike many of my classmates, I was there to study, not to have fun. I could go into the quality of teaching (or lack thereof) or how terribly they treated those of us in the international program but I’ll just talk about my experience coming back to the U.S. I completed the Fifth Pathway in New York and passed all 3 steps of the boards. Still, I could not find a residency program that would take me. I enjoyed living in Mexico and studying medicine in Guadalajara (not because of UAG) but it's been incredibly frustrating. I devoted years of my life to a career I can’t work in because I can't do my training. It's affected my self esteem greatly. I have been doing random part-time jobs (things i could have done with only a high school degree, not an MD) , doing research, and shadowing. I moved back home with my father 8 years ago. This is NOT where I expected to be by this point when I decided to attend UAG. I wanted to be practicing medicine and helping my community. I finally decided to apply to PA school this year (where i will spend another $100,000 and 2 1/2 years to take the same classes I took in medical school). That's if they accept my application. If I sound bitter, I am. So, don't go to UAG if you can avoid it. Work in research for a couple years and apply to an osteopathic school. Then, actually apply to a US school. I never tried. That was my mistake.
