Does Israel Allege That The Un Is A Terrorist Organization

Israelis: Why do you hate Palestinians?

Khazars hate all non-Khazars.

Why does the US not impose sanctions on Israel for its alleged war crimes in Palestine?

There are multiple reasons for this.1. There is huge Jew lobby in U.S which is very influential and they exert pressure on government not to impose sanctions on israel.2. Many timea terrorist organizations like Hamas fire rockets on israel which kills Israeli citizens and soldiers and hence israel retaliates which kills more Palestine citizens because Hamas uses the citizens as shield. You cannot impose sanctions on a country for defending its citizens.Israel being a lone jewish country in between many islamic nations also has to defend itself hard so that others dont try to do the sams thing else there are chances of it being completely destroyed.

Does Israel really violate international laws?

No, firstly the UN is not a world legislature or a court
The UN does not have the power to unilaterally define the borders of states (as it has said itself in the case of the Iraq Kuwait border dispute)
UN Members are only obligated to obey binding resolutions (which there are several good reasons to think UNSC 2334 is not)
that Article 25 states that ‘The Members of the United Nations agree to accept and carry out the decisions of the Security Council in accordance with the present Charter.’
Article 80 of the UN charter prohibits it from altering any rights of any peoples granted under any previously existing international agreements (Article 6 of the Mandate for Palestine, for example, giving Jews the right ‘close settlement’ of the land throughout its borders - which has never been revoked by any binding agreement)
That (even if the UN was a world legislature ) several international tribunals (the ICJ and the ICTY Appeals Chamber for example) have stated in binding decisions that the UN is not unbound by law (for example, Article 80 of its charter)

If you read this t, you will notice that the UN does NOT say in it that ‘settlements in occupied territory are illegal’. Nor has it ever said that. (Bear with me and I will explain).

In Tibet, North Cypress, Western Sahara, the Ukraine AND Berlin (which the US and Russia occupied until 1990) as well as several other cases, hundreds of thousands of citizens of the occupying powers have resided in the respective occupied territories. (Also, in some cases their governments actually did physically transfer them there, and in some of those cases the number of settlers exceeds the number of original occupants). However, none of those cases have ever been mentioned by the UN or any other ‘organ of international law’ as a violation of the 1949 Geneva Convention. And in fact, when the very same West Bank territory referred to by UNSC 2334 was occupied by Jordan from 1948 to 1967, Jordanian citizens moved to the West Bank and THIS was never mentioned by the UN or any other ‘organ of international law’ as a violation of the Geneva Convention.

What is the source of conflict between Israel and Palestinians?

In one word LAND Israel, not content with the 56% of Palestine they were given by the UN in 1947 are now systematically occupying the whole of Palestine. The even gave the West Bank to Palestinians and then allowed 280,000 to illegally settle there dividing them from their arab neighbours with 8 meter Berlin type walls

Why is the world quiet about Israel's violations of human rights?

Firstly, Israel has literally had more UN resolutions voted against them than any other country on the planet. What else are you asking for exactly?Report: In 9 Years’ Existence, UNHRC Condemned Israel More Times Than Rest of World CombinedSyria was condemned 16 timesMyanmar was condemned 12 timesNorth Korea 8 timesIsrael was condemned 61 times in the last nine years.Which makes absolutely zero fucking sense. As bad a the conflict in Palestine is, for Syria to have only 16 condemntations and Israel to have 61 is a sign of pure and utter bias.It simply cannot be argued as valid.Secondly, I’m not going to pretend that there aren’t likely some innocent people imprisoned, every prison system has that issue. The fact of the matter a HUGE amount of those 7,000 people are terrorists. They either attempted to kill Israelis or they worked with terrorist groups like Hamas and the militant Fatah to kill Israelis. To frame it as 7,000 Palestinians are innocently sitting in a prison is simply ignoring the nature of the entire conflict.Thirdly, Do you really think you could throw a rock at a cop or soldier and not end up in prison in your country? I’m asking you that question genuinely. How do you think that would work in your country?
