Does Lush Ever Hire 17 Year Olds

Any 16 year olds that work at petsmart?

i agree with TRO's response below.

there are always positives and negatives to a job. there used to be a lot of positives to my job i have had for the past 4 years, but corp has changed a lot of ideas on thinking in the past year or so and theyre messing it all up bad. wasting their time on this and that instead of concentrating on the more important ordeals.

jobs are tough at times but when u stick it out and weather the storm, others see your good example and want to follow. find something your really good at or something you really want to do when u get older and stick to it.

i love petsmart. i used to bring my dog all the time and the ladies in the vet dept were always sweet me and my dog. if u get a job at petsmart, u might want to be a vet and take care of animals. i was a receptionist once at a vet and the love for animals is so rewarding.

ive had so many little nickpicky jobs its unreal. ive been confused and lost for so many years. everyone else i grew up with all have careers or theyre stay at home moms while theyre husband get to work for all the money, which is fine, but i want to stand out on my own. im almost 30 and im tired of making the rich man of my company who has a private jet richer while im barely paying the mortgage and cant keep a decent car to get back and forth to my job.

some people have the worst luck, some people will shoot for the stars. hope u can shoot for the stars. if u dont have a mortgage or utilities to be fully responsible for, i would suggest working part time. that way u can get the feel of the working world without being overwhelmed with everything that goes on. while ur young, work part time and enjoy the extra money so u can have some spending money to play with or you can help mom and/or dad and they'll really appreciate it if theyre struggling with even the smallest bill. im sure theyve done so much for u im sure. i know my parents have.

best of luck with petsmart. if ur not old enough, when u do get old enough, id keep trying for it til u do get it.

I have a job interview with ups and i am 17 year old male?

Sergio it's okay to be nervous, i was like you, i'm 20 now, try to relax. Now the following tips are life savers, and i want you to read and understand them very carefully:

-Your life is not depending on it, you won't die if you don't get the job

-They don't expect you to be a genius CEO

-When you are asked a question, don't answer right away nervously, taking a good 2-3 seconds to think about an answer is just fine and it makes you look even more intelligent.

-Don't expect the interview to be very long

-Always look your interviewer into the eyes

-Dress properly

-Always answer truthfully, when they ask you to name one bad quality you possess, don't say you do not have one, think of something, but not very bad, say a negative quality that can make you look good, for instance: sometimes i pay way too much attention to details

-I want you to know that THEY ARE AWARE THIS IS YOUR FIRST JOB AND THAT YOU ARE ONLY 17, THEY WILL NOT GO HARD ON YOU OR EXPECT YOU TO HAVE SOME SORT OF EXPERIENCE, TRAINING WILL COME ALONG THE JOB FOR YOU TRUST ME.

-And last tip my friend, don't worry they are not monsters, humans like you, smile and be nice and polite.

I wish you sincerely good luck and hey!! I know you will do good Sergio, I just have a feeling about it, trust me.

Will Lush Cosmetics Hire Me at 17?

Hi, i'm 17 years old and i absolutely love Lush Cosmetics and have been a loyal customer for a little over three years. I know a slightly unhealthy amount about their products and have even found myself helping customers when i go into my local Lush. I also know a lot of the employees since i go in the store semi-frequently and i also work at a smoothie joint in the same mall they are located in. I have been urged in the past to apply for a job by one of the managers, but never mentioned my age to her. I'm sure she just figured i was older than 18 by the way i carry myself.
On a separate occasion, i walked into Lush with one of my co-workers, and she asked one of the girls working there, if you had to be 18 to work at Lush, and the girl told her yes, because they use knives to cut the soap. However at the place i currently work we use knives every day to cut fruit and boxes!
I also have an acquaintance who applied for a job (she was 17) and she wen't through a lot of the application and interview process, and she didn't tell them of her age. She was not very enthusiastic about Lush and was revolted about how she had to rub lotion into people's skin during her interview, so thus i was not surprised when she didn't get a call back from them. But this gave me a glimmer of hope that i could possibly apply and be hired.

I already know the short answer to this question which is "No, you have to be 18", but under all my circumstances do you think Lush would hire me?

Is it safe to use expired hair shampoo?

All these answers that say yes are wrong. The fact that it doesn't smell or look off doesn't make it safe. You can have a product that looks perfectly fine but be crawling with bacteria and nasties.Yes, it's true that that most products will have an expiry date that can be exceeded by months and even years but unless you have the equipment to test the products at home you have no way of knowing whether it truly is safe.Just because you can't see the bad stuff doesn't mean it isn't there.

Why Do Americans Think It Is Cool To Be Irish?

Ok, I really want to know why Americans think it's cool to be Irish and why they think it's cool to have Irish ancestors. If an American asks me where I from and I say Ireland they say 'Ireland, oh my gosh that's so cool' and then some Americans boast and say 'I'm Irish' my great, great, great grandfather was Irish, your not freakin Irish! Then some people have the nerve to say 'Top O' The Morning' to me in a Scottish accent, what is more annoying, the fact that they think people say top o the morning in Ireland or the fact that they think we speak like Scottish people.

I would really just like to know, nice mature answers please!

What is the best way to reach Ziro Valley from Guwahati?

The easiest way (and the cheapest) to reach Ziro from Guwahati is something like this :Take the overnight Naharlagun express from Guwahati which departs at around 9.30pm. Early next morning, you will reach Naharlagun. Make a quick dash to the only two buses outside (one goes to Naharlagun the other to Itanagar). You can head to any of these towns and get yourself a Sumo ticket. The sumos generally leave at around 5.30,7.30,10.30 in the morning. After a beautiful 4-hour drive through virigin mountains and lush green valleys, you will be in Hapoli, the only town in Ziro valley. From there, take an auto or hop on to one of the shared Tata Magic cabs to reach the real ziro valley. To get an idea of what the beautiful Ziro valley looks like, have a look here http://webguy.in/2017/07/20/post...

Working at Clothing stores?

Personally you might have a chance with all of them, but you never know what they are all looking for. All of the jobs I have had have been retail so I have a lot of retail experience, and I have also worked at Victoria's Secret. When there were times I needed and I applied to a lot of retail store, some which are on your list I didn't even get calls back from a lot of them so its not always about retail experience. I think that with VS you would have a good chance. I had a group interview with them and many of the girls didn't have any retail experience but as long as they had a wide enough schedule to be available they were hired. Express I didn't work there but had a interview with them and I think that they are pretty hard to get a job with. I know they base a lot of their choices on clothing since they are a high fashion store and probably on your experience. I have been applying at Express for the longest and just recently got an interview but didn't get the job so that one may be tough. Forever 21 I believe you could get a job at as long as you have a good working background. Just recently a 2 story Forever 21 opened up where I attend school at and they had open interviews on my campus and literally hired EVERYONE I even got the job but just didn't make the orientation. So that one may be really easy. As far as the other ones I don't know, but I do hope I helped in some way!
