Does Michigan Not Have A Farmers Driving Permit

What is the michigan age requirement to drive a moped?

15.
"License Requirements

If you do not have a valid operator or chauffeur license and are at least age 15, you may apply for a special moped license. You are not eligible for a moped license if your operator or chauffeur license is suspended, revoked or denied unless the suspension is for a medical reason.

You must meet ID requirements, pass a vision, knowledge and traffic sign test to obtain a moped license. You do not have to pass a driver education course or a road skills test. Check with a local Secretary of State branch office for the vision standards, which differ from those required for a regular operator license.

If you are under age 18, a parent or legal guardian must sign your license application.

You must give up your moped license if you obtain a regular operator or chauffeur license.

The original moped license fee is $7.50. Applicants who are under 20 years, 6 months old receive a moped license valid until their 21st birthday. Any other moped license expires four years from the applicant's last birthday. The four-year renewal fee is $6."

What age can you get a learners permit in South Dakota?

14

What happens when you are caught driving under 16?

You obviously don't have a license. Without a license, you have no experience driving a car, therefore, you have no business being on the road endangering other drivers. If you are caught, you would be arrested and not be allowed to get your license for an extended period of time (usually a year).

Illegal to drive without a drivers license on private property?

No, traffic laws do not apply to private property. The first couple answers were dead wrong. It's just like how you can go to a private racetrack and drive your car as fast as you want... 'cause it's private property. :)

Truck driving jobs for 18 year old?

just so you know the 21 rule isn't just for your state, its all states, you got to be 21 to drive a commercial truck that requires a CDL out of state, you might can find a job with a farm thats about it, i got my class A CDL at 20 and couldn't find any local driving job, some may be because they'd might need you to drive out of state but some companies its because insurance reasons, some insurances require all drivers to be at least 21 or if your under 21 the company has to have a big deductible on you which most don't want to do, when i was 20 i tried to apply to drive a logging truck and they said their insurance would require them to have a $100,000 deductible on me since i'd be under 21, if you want a CDL early then go for it but don't expect to find any job that would require a CDL until your 21, even some trucking companies or local driving jobs still require you to be at least 23 or 25 mainly for insurance to more than likely, but good luck

Can you buy a car without a driver's license? If so, how?

You do not need a license to buy or register an automobile. You need a license to DRIVE an automobile. Millions of cars are owned by corporations or other types of legal non-human entities. They are purchased in the company name, registered in the company name and insured in the company name. The insurance company will usually want to know who is the primary driver which helps them figure out the premium. 16 year old male drivers cost more to insure than 36 year old male drivers assuming a clean driving record.Ownership is not a license to drive the car. Any person or entity can purchase and register an automobile but only a licensed person can legally drive the automobile. The automobile dealer will be happy to sell a car to anyone or any legal entity and the motor vehicle department will be happy to register the car provided you supply them with the items they require such as a bill of sale and proof of insurance.

Can someone tell you not to turn around in their driveway if you weren't touching their property?

I always back into any driveway when using my lights as to not disturb people.
If I do the same turnaround in another driveway they may say the same thing. Which is why I am asking.
I don't think they should be telling me to get off the citys property when this incovinyences me. They did agree to mantain that area when buying the house after all. Since I am not damaging anything or doing anthing wrong AND being as consideriate as I can to not disturbe them then I don't think I should waste my time and gas driving further to turn around.
Also, I think they are the ones being petty.
