Nokia Lumia 620 Charging problem?
1. Remove the back cover, remove the battery and then try reinserting the battery. The phone may also fail to start if your micro-SIM and/or micro-SD cards are not inserted properly. Remove these also, and insert them again. 2. Ensure you are using the micro-USB charging cable and power point that came with your mobile. 3. Your Nokia Lumia cannot charge unless the phone is on. When you first purchase the phone, the battery should be partially charged. Whilst connected to power, press and hold the power button until the phone vibrates. If this does not work, try to power the device on with the charging cable removed. There are no reported problems with the battery or charging the Nokia Lumia 620 as of yet. You may need to contact Three and/or Nokia Care if unsuccessful.
