i have a project due tomorrow and its on the 5 themes of geography. i need some help and ideas, some links and pictures would help. these are the additional details i have: 5 THEMES OF GEOGRAPHY •In a mini-poster show examples of the 5 Themes of Geography focusing on Florida. •(Two examples for each theme). •Example must be a picture from a magazine, newspaper; a print-out from the computer or nicely drawn (limit to 2 themes in total). Pros and Cons for withdrawing a class?
You will get a W or similar notation on your transcript for that class, but that's not nearly as bad as getting an F or WF (withdrawing after the date allowing a W). You won't get the credits for the class, so that can affect your financial aid if you fall below full-time status (12 units), which can require you to immediately pay the difference back (in some cases) or make up the units. No worries if you are left with enough units to remain in full-time status. It's often a good idea to sign up for one more class than you need for full-time status so that you leave a margin to drop or withdraw one later. It's better to drop early when you can do so without getting a withdrawal. You can maintain a much higher GPA by using drops frequently and withdrawals occasionally to strategically avoid worse grades. It helps to plan your schedule very carefully to avoid classes that you think might cause you trouble until you a prepared to take it when you have the best chance of success. Find tutoring and other resources that are offered well in advance so that you can use breaks and other times to prepare with less pressure.
