I did it years ago, and yes, it works for a short period of time.What I remember is doing it for two meals, then having a regular dinner for the third meal of the day.But… it gave me digestion issues.And, it’s full of all sorts of chemicals.Better to just do a smart LIFETIME diet plan like Weight Watchers. :)

I have heard that drinking slim fast for breakfast and lunch and then eating a small dinner will help you to loose weight. Is that true i was just wondering i plan on starting a diet this weekend will be eating health working out and drinking nothing but water. What else can i do to loose 10 pounds i feel so fat and i hate it. Will drinking slim fast really help.

Does Slim Fast really work?

If you asking if Slim Fast (or ANY so-called "diet" shake) cause you to reduce excess body fat, the answer is NO. Nothing you eat or drink triggers weight loss. This is only marketing.

Slim fast is a meal replacement shake. A healthy one. You simply substitute a slim-fast shake for ONE meal, or use it as a snack.

To reduce body fat and keep it off, you should reduce total daily calories SLIGHTLY. As you reduce, you need to continue to cut calories, until you arrive at your goal weight. Once you are at your desired weight, you'll automatically know what calorie level you need to maintain.

I would personally recommend staying far away from simple carbs for a while. i.e. Sugars, processed foods, grains, etc. Stick with complex carbs (fruits, raw veggies, etc).

Does Slim-Fast REALLY work?

I lost 15 pounds that I had gained my first year in college by eating one slim fast bar for breakfast, one for lunch, with one piece of fruit in between and a Gatorade. Then for dinner I had a 6 inch subway sandwich and every other day would run 1-3 miles. I lost the 15 pounds in one month. It was easy.

Slimfast is gross! does it work?

Okay it doesn't work so don't even drink it! Eww!! Just watch what you eat and excercise.
In the mornings in the afternoons do at least 50 curl ups and 40 push ups. Running is really good for you or just walk around the park for like 45 minutes. At first it will be really, really hard. Do some scissor kicks and butterfly kicks. Usual stretches. In about 2 weeks (if you do wat i said) you'll loose maybe 7-9 pounds or more if you eat really really healthy.

Does anyone know anything about slimfast? does it really work?

it works but you still have to watch what you eat and work out. its more or less a vitiam drink used to replace a meal.
