Nutrition Certificate from NESTA or ISSA?
I'm looking to become a weight & wellness coach and want to get an online certificate to start me on my way. There are TONS of online schools that offer a few programs I want to take, but I'm trying to figure out which is "better" or more "legit" out of all of them. I've narrowed it down to the Lifestyle Weight Management course from NESTA or the Fitness Nutrition Certificate from ISSA. One is SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper than the other, but I want to know if you have any knowledge or input on either. Any help and other suggestions would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks so much!

Failing to fix this removes a H1-B worker's strongest lever in competing for higher wages. Additionally, the H1-B transfer process is horrible, effectively locking workers into a specific company. This creates an opportunity for unethical companies to pay H1B workers less, and hire them over US workers because "they can't leave."Allow H1B workers to found companies and transition to being sponsored by their own company.The entire idea of a skilled worker program is to bring skilled and intelligent workers with high salaries to the US. Well, for one thing you _don't_ post to a public board that you are recruiting people with security clearances. Recruiting people with clearances requires some creativity in the job description. There are certain keywords that people with clearances will recognize. Find out exactly what skills are required for the job and put that in the vacancy announcement. Sprinkle a few of those keywords so that people with clearances know you are looking for them. Then start sorting the resumes to find people who either have the clearance or appear capable of qualifying for the clearance. (Hint: if you find a cleared/clearable applicant - take him because it is easier and cheaper to train somebody at a new job than it is to get them a clearance.) If finding/hiring people for clearance-required positions were easy - they would not have had to use an outside vendor.
