Forecasting of events is one thing that we have heard of so many times. At the subatomic levels , subtle forces play in a different manner, unlike the materially observed world. Quantum physics has found a phenomenon called the 'simultaneity'. That is, all events in the universe are connected by a thread of continuity whether in the past, present or to appear in the future. Only mind can be raised to that level of deciphering 'indicators' of changes supposed to appear later or happening simultaneously. Telepathy is decoding of events happening beyond human vision,audibility or tactility. Yes, animals do have telepathy, but it is rarely demonstrated. Humans have greater reach to this world of foresight.Some people even predict with precision the events that will occur on earth.
How can I develop telepathy with animals?
As Carl says, “telepathy” doesn’t exist. (Nor does any other “paranormal” ability). But, many animals that are around humans are very sensitive to human body language and gesture. Deaf dogs can easily be taught to interpret standard “signs”, and even hearing dogs can be so trained for military and guard duties.Back around the turn of the century, a fellow had a nice act with a horse… “Clever Hans”. Hans could do mathematics. Folks in the crowd would ask Hans an arithmetic question, and Hans would obediently stomp out the requested sum.It was a good act, and folks thought that Hans was indeed telepathic…. Or could understand both human speech and arithmetic.Alas, it was all an act. Hans would simply start stamping at a tiny sign from his trainer, and stop with a similar sign. Yes, it is true. I am an animal communicator. While humans use voice as their main mode of communication, animals use energy. To communicate with animals, we connect with that energy and transfer information through telepathy. I see things in my mind’s eye, hear things like thoughts in my head, and feel things both emotionally and physically in my body. I told one to be more confident and instead of running out of the room in fear (which was triggering prey response) to stop before she left the room, face the other cat and let him know that she was not to be chased.The cat’s mother emailed me within hours, saying she was doing some of the suggestions, but that the cat, who had always fearfully slunk or run out of the room, calmly got up, turned towards the other cat, made eye contact, then turned and confidently walked away.Cynics will not see that as evidence, cynics will never see anything as evidence. Frankly, they can believe what they want. I, however, am happy to know, at the end of the day, I have made a difference in the lives of my animal clients and their humans.

Is it possible for a human have telepathic abilities?
Carl Sagan said "Extraordinary claims require extraordinary proof" in other words if anyone out there claims that they have the power of telekinesis, it's extremely easy to set up a protocol for a simple test, no one in the world has EVER passed such a test. There are many magicians and illusionists like Deren Brown for instance who can seem to perform telepathy, but they will be the first to tell you that they have no 'special powers', many so called psychics like Uri Geller perform the same tricks but claim they have special powers, until they are exposed as frauds by people Like James Randi. Are there any experiments testing possible telepathy between nonhuman animals?
By and large humans are too arrogant, or too afraid, to conduct such experiments or to credit the results of such as having any merit. The science community feels that the quantifying (measuring and documenting) of such phenomena is too difficult. As long as it is cultural/religious doctrine that only humans use language and communicate with others such studies will be rare and discredited.
