If it doesn't after multiple tries, tap Pause All again and then force close the Store app. Once that is closed restart your phone and try the steps above again. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. For example, I just tried this with Plants vs. Zombies (82.7MB) and it flat our refused to budge until I got back to a Wi-Fi connection.

I have a Nokia Lumia 635 phone with the 8.1 update 2 OS. I often get messages saying "get media content now" and i can t do anything with it. I will get several of Deez messages from the same person in a short period of time but they Say they are not sending images. I am not connected to wifi if this changes things.
