Does The Pretty Boy Send Illegal E-mailing To Members Accusing Me

My neighbors keep calling the police on me and falsely accusing me of criminal acts. I am afraid to go outside of my house. What do I do?

I have a neighbor that is fixated on my husband. She seemed a little off, but once she found out about his time in prison she developed a full blown obsession. She wrote the association board for our community a complaint about him slamming doors and watching her when she was outside. This was nonsense but they still had to address it with us. She wrote subsequent letters to the board stating he has a key to her car, and gains entry to turn on her radio...that he lets air out of her tires...that he's getting in her home and releasing ants...and he's poisoning the food in her refrigerator. We'd see police at her door, but they never stopped by to talk to us. One day last fall, my husband was riding his bike. This neighbor pulled her car in front of him and slammed on her brakes, causing him to fall off his bike. Her behavior was now endangering him so we went to the police to file a report. The police were helpful, and knew our neighbor well. Apparently she'd filed lots of police reports about my husband and a few other men from the neighborhood. The police recognized she has mental health issues and never pursued her later complaints. So what can you do? Try to have your cell phone ready to record if you think your neighbor will confront you. Keep a cool head, there's nothing wrong with not engaging in an argument. Don't be afraid to talk to the police to see what your options are if you're being harassed. You don't want to end up on the wrong side of this problem.UPDATE: my local police department reached out to the neighbour's daughter, the daughter called my husband to apologize and let him know she will be intervening in a medically supervised care program for her mother. She made sure he has her contact info should we have any problems. I give her all the credit in the world, she was wonderful and it's great that she wants to be involved in her care! Here's hoping my neighbor gets back on track.

Is it illegal for an 18 year old to cyber with a 17 year old using chat text only?

if he is worried about it, then yes, it is wrong. The laws are dependant upon the state, but as long as it is terminated and not actual physical contact was made, he is probably safe, but if nude pictures were sent, then he could be charged with child pornography or soliciting child pornography. At 18 tell him to knock it the h*ll off and go out and do something productive with his life instead of trying to get himself arrested, for pete's sake.

Is sending hate mail illegal?

To an individual person? One that doesn't actually threaten someone, or make it seem as though violence will follow? Just a simple I absolutely abhor your existence, and please be aware (if you haven't noticed already) that I will never speak or acknowledge you again in my lifetime.

I'll clarify why I've written this, and why I want to actually send it. I spent my entire childhood depressed and suicidal, all because of my step mother, who made it clear as soon as she'd married my dad (when I was about five) that she hated me and she loved her children. She took things from me and gave the toys to them, said nasty things about me to them, accused me of stealing from her whenever she lost something, grounded me constantly for the simplest things (things that sometimes hadn't even happened, or things that her daughter did). When she found my eight year old selfs suicide notes she screamed at me to get rid of them and stop writing things like that because people would thing she was a bad mother, and told me regularly that I was going to Hell. She never physically harmed me, and her life has since fallen into a fairly shitty shape (things went downhill after my father finally divorced her. It took him about twelve years). I don't see her often, and never seek her out. But the thing is I'm still pretty ****** up by what she did to me, and all I'd ever wanted from her when I was little was her to love me.

It bothers me, that I've gone through all of that and I've never confronted her, not once. I want her to know that I hate her, and that after I send the letter to her I wont ever think of her again, and that I hope her mental health declines rapidly and that she goes to Hell.

Its petty, I know, but she destroyed me, and she destroyed so much of what I could have been, and I want her to know exactly what one of her god damn daughters thinks of her.

So, whats up? Is this illegal, and if so whats the worst thing that could happen to me for doing it?

Is this wrong or illegal? To send this type of pics?

Not illegal no but dangerous you never know where your pic may land up.

However it was just your boob or partially, don't send anymore.

Is catfishing illegal?

The act of catfishing (impersonating someone online) is not in and of itself illegal. However, what the catfisher does under the guise of a fake profile may fall into a few legal areas:Copyright - depending on where the catfisher found the image, the owner of the image may be able to pursue a copyright violation. Unfortunately, it’s often close to impossible to find the real person from the photo, especially if it’s a photo not publicly available.Impersonation - Impersonating someone isn’t illegal in itself. It becomes illegal when you receive some form of benefit from the impersonation. For instance if pretend to be a police officer and go somewhere you’re not allowed, or you receive an award based purely on your impersonation.Child sex offences - If you catfished someone under a certain age just so you could engage in sexual conversation with them or to receive sexual photos, you can get in serious trouble.Defamation - If you used the real name and photo of a person and then did anything which made them look bad to people who know them, you may be at risk for defamation charges.Fraud - If you catfish someone entirely to get money or goods from them, this may fall into the fraud category.

Do police sometimes send in under-aged people to stores to check if the stores are IDing?

When I was 19 my friends and I would take turn to hang out in front of the liquor store in our neighborhood and ask people who were going in if they would buy six pack for me. Most people would say no, but eventually someone would. (In our defense, this was in Illinois, where you had to 21 to buy beer; meanwhile you could buy beer in Wisconsin at 18. Presumably Wisconsin understood that if the government expects an 18 year to die for their country, they ought to be able to have a beer.) One night it was my turn. After several people declined, a middle aged guy emerged from a car. When I asked him to buy me a six pack, he sized me (I was fairly clean cut at the time) and then pulled out a Chicago Police badge. My knees went weak and my heart was pounding. This was it … I’m getting arrested. Instead, he said, “It’ll cost you five bucks … plus the cost of the beer. (That was a lot in 1970; I think that the beer cost less than $1.50.).” I handed him the money without hesitation and he disappeared into the store. While I waited for him I looked at his car. Sure enough, it was an unmarked police car. He came out pretty quickly, handed me the beer, and said, “Don’t do anything I wouldn’t do,” and left with my change. So in 1970, at least some on the police force were not wasting their time worrying about guys drinking beer who were old enough to be in the army.Meanwhile, from previous experience, the guy in the store would take one look at you as you walked in, point at the door and say, “Get outta here.”
