Does This Count As Time Travel

How do you travel through time?

I'm sorry but it's not possible. What einstein teory did prove with his train experiment was that you see only when light hits your eyes. If train is moving onto the light , surely you will see it first because you go onto the light(the light has shorter distance to travel). You could make a room which was full of mirrors , to brake the light which would go out of the other end for example. As you watched(at the one end) if you could slow down the speed at which the light gets to your end (by braking it)where you are standing you wouldn;t notice if there was moving objects because you can't see if your eye doesn't get the light which carries the visual image.
But, I doubt you could travel through time. If everything is made by atoms or Energy this means, if you could save somehow the whole worlds current state you could recreate it later , which would mean time travel. Other than that I can't see how would it be possible.
And besides, time is just as metre, just a human selfmade measurment of something. time doesn't exist at all. Atoms are moving around, it doesn't change anything, just a Energy, when it moves nothing happens it is just changing from one type to another. keep in mind everything is a energy, and by that how can you travel through time?

Does the movie Groundhog Day count as a "Time-Travel" movie?

Yes, it is a time-travel movie, because the hero repeatedly travels back in time, even if not by his own volition. (But if volition were a criterion, then you might question whether The Time Traveler's Wife is a time-travel movie. It is.) Strictly speaking, though, Groundhog Day is a time-LOOP movie, a sub-genre of time travel, indicating repeated travelling back to the same point in time. The hero is trapped in this loop and condemned to relive the same events over and over. His only hope of escape lies in finding the one thing to do differently in order to break the circle. Easier said than done. The good news: he has all the time in the world to find out.

Is traveling through time zones time traveling?

Absolutely not. Because when you are traveling through time zones, you are effectively re-orienting yourself to the sun… which in turn reflects where you are in space rather than time. For example, I’m currenty in the US and it is 2 am. If I suddenly were in Japan, it would be broad daylight ouside, and I would need to reset my watch (assuming it kept military time!) to accomodate my new orientation of the sun.Time zones are just a way of simplifying this process. In the beginning, travelers needed to adjust their relationship to noon, every time they traveled as little 20 miles or west. this became inconvenient to have to constantly do, and it became very difficult to synch up train times with station times. Time zones made it necessary to reset your watch only when you traveled a fairly long way east or west.

Is time travel possible?

Of course. I answered this question yesterday, and the day before that, and the day before that and so on for what seems to be an eternity.
So naturally the conclusion is that I am in a time loop. Destined to go back to yesterday every single day to see this same question once more.

What I would like is to get a time machine that would escape this endless repetition and take me forward to a world where people stop asking the question "is time travel possible".

Alas no such machine was invented by yesterday so unless I can somehow get to tomorrow there is no chance of ever reaching a time at which it is invented.
Most unfortunate.

Any time travel anime?

Is there any romance anime where they time travel? It doesn't even have to be romance, but preferably travel back to a fuedal time. I only know of InuYasha and Fushigi Yushi and i am currently reading Red River...

Is time travel possible?

Time travel is possible. It has been proven with the use of atomic clocks placed on the earth and on board spacecraft which show a difference in time because of the difference of speed between the two parties. The faster you move in space, the move time that passes on earth.

Why does everyone says that time travel is impossible. So it was travelling to moon and flying, I hope that we get it some day?

Not Einstein. Time travel to the past is theoretically possible in certain general relativity spacetime geometries that permit traveling faster than the speed of light, such as cosmic strings, transversable wormholes, and Alcubierre drive. Einstein's theory of general relativity does suggest a scientific basis for the possibility of backward time travel in certain unusual scenarios, although arguments from semiclassical gravity suggest that when quantum effects are incorporated into general relativity, these loopholes may be closed.
