Does This Make You Feel Happy Or Sad

How does "Easter" make you feel happy or sad?

It is a time to reflect on what we are supposed to be celebrating it for. Actually, I feel more emotion on Good Friday, for that is when Jesus sacrificed and bled for me. Easter Sunday reinforces the fact that we will not die, for the soul lives on.

Why does music make us feel happy or sad?

I'll start like this: Why do you Feel Happy when your lover "whispers" I Love you into your Ears? Why Do you Feel Happy when you "hear" your mother on the Phone? Why do you Feel bad or Sad when you "hear" someone crying? Why do you Feel tickled when you "hear" someone Laugh? It is the Sound which affects your senses and is one of the Basic and Strongest Human stimulus.Music is a very Powerful and Complex form of Sound. When you listen to Music some low tones of it make you sad, some high tones of it make you Happy and some tones make you think and calm you down. The Lyrics are words just like "I love You" which your mind relates to and responds. Now for the Science behind it: Our Body consists of about 60% water and water is affected and crystallizes differently with different kinds of Sounds. Dr. Masaru Emoto of Japan did an Experiment on Water by exposing it with Various sounds and the results were pretty surprising. However, I believe, the Water crystallized differently at different sounds because of the varying "Frequency" of each sound.   Below are Varying Pictures taken by Dr. Emoto when water is exposed to various Sounds: Water when Exposed to Prayer   Water When Beethoven's Pastorale was Played  Water when exposed to sound of Anger Imagine the effect of sound on the Human Body which has 60% water and how the Molecules will be aligned if we listen to Sad or Happy Music. It all lies in Vibrations, Frequencies and Quantum Physics.I searched for further proofs as I was having doubt on the water experiment. Below is the Video I found which displayed the affect of various Frequencies on Particles:  Video Courtesy "Youtube":So it is the various Frequencies and Vibrations of Music that make us feel it.

What makes you feel happy and sad?

Leaving my old organization to join a new one. Why? Working more than fifteen years had created a strong attachment with company and the people. So much did I learn and taught to the people. So much we created wealth for the organization even if the effort could not convert into a good proposition for the very different reason of owners. Their interest have been in splitting the business in family and so these technical things did not form a core item. The working in demotivated organization was also losing our own worth economically in a dying organization was more of losing time even for personal and family life when the need of the hour was to see to an alternative. Thus leaving was necessary but losing the company of decades of relationship was saddening and so joining a new organization had a different feeling. The new assignment with much higher responsibility was not so secure proposition where one needs the courage at certain time of life at least it was in olden days with lesser opportunities and lower salaries (not so prominent today).Family duties are important responsibilities when money becomes important some time to be with time in the minimum level. Yes believe in God helps and new assignment thus brought the happiness on the other part which I am stating after completing another 17 + years of service.Does this do justice to the query?

Why does nostalgia make me feel happy and sad at the same time?

First of all, I love you.Emotions are not cut and dry. They are like liquids, they have different temperatures, they get everywhere, and some have low boiling points. Emotions mix like paint, making each one really unique and never quite felt before. This mixing of emotion makes it difficult to put a name on them, but that shouldn’t stop you from trying. Naming emotions is a very emotionally intelligent thing to do. Once you have a name for it, you objectify it, thus placing you outside the emotion, placing some distance between you. Once you have named it, you can hear the message it has for you. Usually it is very obvious, and it just pops into your mind if you simply finish this statement, “If this emotion had a voice it would say…”Once you have its message for you, it tends to go away.Nostalgia is a mixture of happy sad. Those moments are very sweet for me. I prefer not to seek to have certain emotions, but instead just learn to enjoy the one I am actually having this very moment.Blessings!

Does adderall make you happy or sad?!?!?!?

I keep reading posts online, some people say it makes them feel terrible and lazy and some people say it makes them feel happy and good. Is it for depression? does it work?

What song(s) can make you feel happy and sad at the same time?

Beautiful Boy, because of the line "I can hardly wait, for you to come of age."
Happy because of the love for his son... (I suppose caring for the 2nd son is better than none...)
But incredibly sad because he never actually got to see that happen.

...
Yeah.

:)

Does nostalgia make you happy or sad?

exactly leila! i get mad because at the time i was probably complaining about something and now i just miss it.

but something else I was thinking of including in my original post: even things like tv shows and music that are nostalgic make me sad. for example, i was going through clips of doctor who online and I was getting all sad, remembering when i first watched each episode. like.. i can always access the episodes again. what's wrong with me. well anyway, that's basically why i asked the question.

Why do we feel happy and sad at the same time?  What's the psychology behind it?

Okay, let's take an example…You are going abroad, everything is fine. You have everything there.Suppose, your family isn't coming with you. Then you'll be happy for the new place but sad because there won't be family. Now, suppose tour family is coming with you then you'll miss your friends, places etc.Suppose you're taking your friends and places with you( I said suppose), then you'll say. “ waha ki baat hi kuch aur hai” I.e. there's still difference. So you see, this feeling comes when we are getting something new and losing something old at the same time.We are happy for the newer one but sad for the older one. Because it's human nature to get attached to everything he's connected with. One more example will make it more clearer. My collegemates of civil department aren't happy because their building is changed. Okay they love their building. So they don't wanna go to another building. Now, you just go and say something bad about my college to them. What will they do ?They'll fight with you.Why ?Because they love their college. So, my point is, isn't that new building a part of our college, which they love ?I hope you got my point.
