Do T mobile phones and phones 'powered by T mobile' (that you get at Wal Mart) have the same size SIM cards?
The SIM cards you get from T-mobile currently are resizable from full size (I believe) to Nano. If not, at most mini SIM to nano.I have two phones (Alcatel) that I bought at Walmart that says "Powered By T-mobile in blue boxes. They definitely work with the T-mobile SIM Cards... they even have the T-mobile boot animation when you power the devices on.One device though (Alcatel Pop Astro) had a weird no-data error until I had to change the device type under My T-mobile account, but it was in couple minutes after the change.

Either you are already a customer of theirs…. Or…. plan on being a customer of theirs in the next 10-15 minutes. Lmao 2) Branded wireless carrier phones sold at Full Price (499-699) on national retailer sotres and sites (walmart, amazon, radioshack, best buy) are locked to that carrier. You must call the carrier to obtain the unlock code. 3) Non-branded wireless carrier phones are sold ONLY by the OEM and are naturally unlocked, may/may not have additional hardware/software installed than basic wireless carrier versions, and are geared, mod’d more to developers and techs rather than the idiot sheeple of the general public. They are $699-$999…
Does t-mobile do in-store phone repair?
I bought all the parts for my sidekick 3 that need repair. the parts are: left button, the back main housing, LCD screen, and the frame around the LCD screen. Now, question: would someone at the tmobile store be able to help me with this at all, (even if there is a fee?) if not where else could I go besides the internet?

If it is a contracted 2 year cell phone service with T-Mobile, you basically purchase the cell phone at Walmart but your bills will be mailed to your home address from T-Mobile. You can pay your bill through the mail or you can pay at any T-Mobile store. Walmart does have a prepaid service called Walmart Prepaid Family with T-Mobile basically it is a prepaid cell phone service without any contract but you would have to pay your bill at the Walmart store only.

Yes you can but you have to own the phone out right,then call T-Mobile and have them give you the unlock code before you use the new service.
