Why do people hate Will Smith's kids?
I think I may have a reason on why certain people hate or dislike Will Smith's children: I think the reason why people are annoyed by Will Smith's children is because; they didn't earn their way into the industry, and that they are too young to be in the spotlight and focus on paparazzi's. I mean look at what happened to child stars now? Britney Spears she was on the Mickey Mouse Club at 9 years old, then in 2007 she goes through a difficult stage of her life. Then Michael Jackson he started his success at the age of 5 years old (I think), but he didn't have a childhood and he suffered from public humilation in the future and he was being abused by his father. RIP Lindsay Lohan she was sort of American's Sweetheart with her starring in Disney Movies such as Parent Trap at 11 years old now look at her? In and out of rehab etc. I think that could be the reason why certain others feel disturbed by Willow and Jaden being in the industry. IMO I agree with them, I mean that is a lot of pressure on 9 year olds to handle especially being controlled by the public and being hasseled by the paparazzi's. It may look fun and all to be celebrity but it's a lot pressure behind closed doors. What if Willow's debut album flops or her tour for the album flops? What if she can't handle the negativity from others? Maybe Willow doesn't have the mentality to handle it. Jaden I'm not sure about him, but Willow is the one I'm worried about. I don't hate them but I dislike them and how they represent "hard work". What I also don't get is that; Willow Smith is allowed to wear hair extensions and weave, rhinestones, eye liner, have hair like La Roux's etc and people find it cute. But Miley Cyrus she'll be 18 years old this month and she gets slammed on by others for acting her age in music videos. I think "Whip My Hair" is cute but it gets annoying after awhile with the constant repeats in the chorus. Plus the song is a bit more mature for her age group. If this song was Rihanna people would hate it. But this is just my input.

I have very strong feelings about this, so I will try to make it brief as possible. Why does Will & Jada feel the need to thrust their children into the lime light at 9 years old? There is no reason why a 9 year should be a rock star. I think its Will's narcissism, that he feels that he needs to create a "black family dynasty" similar the Jacksons or The Partridge Family. Because he feels that he is a big enough star to do this. Bc he has an older son wife his ex-wife that nobody knows about bc he was only the Fresh Prince at the time, and not famous enough to force-launch a sustainable career for him I can understand Justin Bieber's parents doing it. They were poverty stricken, and had no money. But its not like Will and Jada need the money. They are in the 1% of the wealthiest in the world. And not to mention, that there was never any plans to plans to remake "The Karate Kid." The only reason the remade the karate kid, was so that Will's son could star in a movie, that Will produced, therefore he financed it, got all the profits. And they are in talks to remake Annie with Will's daughter. And I'm not even concerned about whether they he's ruining his kids for life. The damage is already done in that field. And I think the son will be alright, but just wait till that daughter turns 16. She will make Britney, Paris, Miley, and Lindsay look like child's play. However what bothers me most is that I grew a big fan of Will Smith, and he told "the kids" that in oder to make it, you have to read everyday, work very hard, and stay in school. However, when it comes to his kids, none of that seems to matter. He seemed to skip all of his guidelines, and instead of making them work for it. He forced his kids to make movies, and music. I'm sure that the kids do want to act, and sing. But lots of kids do. However, most parents won't allow their kids to do that until they are at least 18. And why is it so important that they do this at 9? Will wont be any less rich or powerful when they turn 18. Even Brad Pitt said his kids aren't allowed to go anywhere near show business until they're 18. So it seems like he is exploiting them. LMAO, how on earth is his daughter a prostitute? What exactly is the definition of a prostitute exactly? & if your answer is her, then please - enlighten all of us on your reasons. I've only seen Jayden act in the Pursuit of Happiness and I feel like I can't judge his acting on that because well...he wasn't really acting much IMO. So you may be right. If that's what his kids want to do though then who is he to turn them down? Not all child stars end up like Lindsay. Oh, btw - his daughter IS talented.
I don't personally follow Will Smith. But,what I do know is that he definitely is a role model. No one is perfect so obviously you can point out flaws here too. But, look at the man. He's such an inspiration. If not anything else, he's one heck of a parent. He lets his kids be authentically themselves. It's so easy to say,’I love my kids unconditionally.’ But, he has actually proved it time and again with both of his kids. Whatever/ whoever they are today,he accepts them wholeheartedly. He's a great man. I hope everybody gets a dad like that.P.S. my personal thoughts, you can feel free to disagree.
