What causes an enlarged spleen, fatigue but has a normal CBC?

About a month ago, I started feeling incredibly run down. I thought I was coming down with the flu. After two days off work sleeping, I felt a little better. Then, about a week afterward I started getting incredibly fatigued at the tiniest of tasks. I spent my whole weekend sleeping- I couldnt stay awake for the life of me. I saw my Dr and she said my spleen was swollen. She did a pregnancy test ( negative), a Mononucleosis test ( negative ) and a liver enzyme test ( normal ). She stated my CBC was normal. I dont have health insurance and would like to get to the bottom of this, as its affecting my ability to job hunt. Due to the costs involved, I am looking for the most likely of culprits so I can treat accordingly. Any ideas?

Im currently 32w4d pregnant. At about 30 weeks I went to the hospital with a terrible migraine and swelling in my hands. MY BP turned out to be fine and they monitored me and the baby was fine. In medical terminology what do remarkable and unremarkable mean?

From a surgical standpoint, it is when your describing a structure within in the body cavity when obtaining a biopsy of a suspicious lesion. It is one thing to see a lesion on imaging and say it is definitively cancer. However, in some instances the gold standard would be to surgically. Once a biopsy of the tumor is taken it is then sent to the pathology lab for further microscopic analysis. If the pathologist comes back saying the margins are clear of the tissue sample and there is no evidence of caner anywhere then the tissue sample would be deemed unremarkable for cancer. However if the pathology report returns with evidence of cancer cells then the tissue is deemed remarkable to whatever caner type of cancer cells present in the tissue sample. Therefore remarkable is the presence of or an abnormality whereas unremarkable is the absence of something being explored.
