2ATP and 2NADP is net gain of glycolysis,, then 2 NADP are produced as a result of conversion of 2 molecules of pyruvate into acetyl coenzyme A. In TCA cycle one molecule of pyruvate produces 3 NADP ,, 1 FADH2 and 1 GTP,, so for two molecules of pyruvate net gain from kreb cycle is 6NADP,, 2FADH2 ,, 2 GTP.So net gain till now is 10NADP,, 2ATP,, 2FADH2,, 2GTP which is equivalent to 36 ATPs.
